  • Welcome to 20 min Full Body Yoga For Strength & Flexibility. This is a relatively slow flow yoga practice for all levels, no extra props needed, just a yoga mat. There are no chaturanga - upward-facing dog transitions in this flow, but there is plank/side plank/downward-facing dog and reverse tabletop to strengthen the upper body, so it's not a wrist-free practice.     Very Difficult Uliana, for me but I got through it❣️Difficult for me because of all of my spinal issues, balance issues and fibromyalgia but I can feel myself getting stronger through the past 3 years of off and on low impact exercise, walking & yoga and now I'm incorporating all more consistently and able to manage my chronic illnesses without meds. Thank you so much for this practice! I can't believe I kept Warrior 3 and never been able to do this before, granted I need to continue to work on it. Thanks again and Love and Hugs from Grammaw Jill in Texas♥️💕🌸🙏🏽♥️ (turning 60 soon)

      Great job! Warrior III is a difficult pose, I still remember how I kinda hated it as a beginner :D But later when you get stronger, it feels pretty awesome to balance on one leg))
