15 min Yoga Stretch For HIPS, HAMSTRINGS & LOWER BACK | Relaxing Yoga At Home | Yoga with Uliana

  • This short lower body yoga stretch is focused on hips, hamstrings & lower back - the areas that often get tight and sore after long periods of sitting, and sometimes can even cause hip and lower back pain. You can do this practice at any time of the day, before or after work to loosen your hips, hamstrings, and lower back. I also like to do some of these stretches in the evening, right before bed on days when I have to sit a lot and my hips feel really tight :)
    You might need a yoga strap or something similar( towel, scarf, belt) for some hamstring stretches. If you don't have any of these at hand, just modify by bending the knee.
