@@yogawithuliana The poses that start from 6:20 until 12:00 where the legs are opened for example. It is for me uncomfortable with pads to position my legs in those ways. 🙂
@@nergisschafer Oh ok, I see what you mean. I guess it's different for everybody because I don't feel uncomfortable practicing these poses with a pad at all, especially at home :)
