    That was excellent! Definitely will repeat. Had satisfying neck crackings (stiff from yesterdays computer work) during the one sided camel poses, which were new to me. Thank you and Namaste, Uliana.

    This is one of my favourites. I've saved it to my faves file. Love the way the moves flow into each other. I think I'm getting better because I felt really strong in this one today and before i started it i was quite tired. Not any more!😃🤸🏻‍♀ I'm also enjoying watching the number of subscribers go up!     I liked the half camel poses, that was perfect to help me perform camel pose with much greater ease than usual. I often skip that pose so thank you very much!
