    Frozen Shoulder is a very common painful shoulder condition which affect about 2-5% of general population age group between 35-65 people.
    Since shoulder is a very mobile joint so there is capsule around shoulder joint to provide the stability to the joint during any movement when the capsule gets inflammed ,there is scar tissue formation or thickening of the capsule occur and causes pain and due to pain there is limitation in the movement of shoulder .Due to Frozen Shoulder the patient is unable to move his/her hand in any direction. The movement that is affected is Flexion-Extension, Abduction-Adduction, and the most painful movement is Internal Rotation and External Rotation. There are three stages of Frozen shoulder .
    1 Freezing Stage- This is known is painful stage where pain is maximum and due to pain the patient is unable to move his/her shoulder.
    In this stage night pain is very common .This stage may last for 2 to 9 months and may vary from person to person.
    2.Frozen Stage- This is known as Stiffening stage where the pain gets Lowering but the stiffness is at maximum. Night pain often seen in this stage .This stage may last for 4 to 12 months .
    3. Thawing Stage- This is also known as recovery phase where pain gets eliminated but the stiffness is there .this stage may last for 5 to 24 months and may vary from person to person.
    So there are some important exercises which can help you to recover from Frozen Shoulder.
    1. Pendulum Exercise
    2.Shoulder Elevation/Flexion

    4. Wall slide with Towel
    5. shoulder Internal Rotation With Towel
