This was really great! I ran hurdles in track several years ago and my knees have felt loose ever since and this helped me with knowing what to do to help stabilize my knees!
I also really appreciate your honesty when things were a little difficult for you, many exercise channels on here don't do that!

I’m just waiting on bi-lateral knee replacements so this is an excellent exercise regime to help strengthen things a little before surgery, nice and gentle without causing much additional pain 😁thank you. Great to have someone demonstrate the full exercise in real time. I’ve now got you on the TV screen for viewing ease! Good tone and volume in your instructions too. 🥰🏴🇬🇧

How should we cool down after doing these exercises? Should I also apply ice if I'm feeling my knees are sensitive after doing this?

Is it normal to feel sore afterwards?
How can I strengthen my knee for twisting actions and left to right motions?
I also use coffee enemas for pain relief.

Hi Dr kristie I pulled a muscle in my back about 7 years ago on my right side i then about a year later done the same to my back on the left side either side of my spine just about the small of the back region I seem to pull thes every couple of months now the I can hardly walk for about 5 to 6 weeks at a time is their any way to stop this happening or any way to strengthen my back thanks John
Check out here video from June 13th, 2023. It’s all about back stuff to relieve pain. It works. I’ve been doing those type of stretches and myofascial release techniques for years and it’s amazing how well it helps all sorts of back pains.
