I'm a fairly active person and this was probably one of the hardest workouts I've ever done... the burn!!!! I've never done pilates before so these excercises were totally new to me. I've got a sore knee so looked for a "knee friendly" workout. I certainly got it. Was not expecting that!
LOVE LOVE LOVE! I am working my way back to full exercise after a knee procedure 10 months ago. This is the first pilates video I've found that doesn't involve any kneeling but also pushes me. Thank you so much. Wish I'd found it earlier!
thank you, Chloe, for a super effective and knee friendly workout. I had a knee surgery , followed by patella tendonitis and got so frustrated with resting and loosing strength. These exercises make me feel I am back on track😍
good workout, but WAYYYY too many reps sometimes on ONE muscle, burning it out sooo much, that it will be agony sore for 3 DAYS! But if you would alternate limbs or sides of the body more, or take 3 SECOND breath breaks, it would be more doable! HATEW SORENESS!!!!

Workout & instructor very good, but FOUR commercial interruptions means I won’t repeat….

i have severe knee pain and this workout isn’t AT ALL knee friendly
