Are my hips supposed to be hurting really bad while doing the glute exercises on your side? I might just have very weak side glutes that I need to strengthen but this almost feels like a burning/stabbing pain in my hip, not necessarily my glute. It’s definitely on the side of my hip versus the front so it might just be my glute. Help! Haha

I usually do move with Nicole in the mornings but wanted to switch it up today. I will say it was a great workout but extremely annoying that I was interrupted 3x by ads on your video. Please consider removing ads mid video
