I managed to do only half of it :( hoping to improve with time! My muscles are too weak.
Does anyone have any suggestions how to modify these exercises for someone with a rotator cuff injury? The workout was amazing but I struggled with much of the exercises
Did this one for the first time and really wanted to quit 5 min into it... so hard!! Do you recommend this workout for someone with really tight hip flexors? This is challenging me to the max!! Especially one legged exercises and the hip dips - I've got such small range of motion... Any way I can modify these?
