Honestly. I didn't think much of these pilates workouts Sanne...and then I went ahead and did one today. You're an absolute super woman. They are insane and provide such an engaging and challenging workout. You kicked my booty. Looking forward to doing these on a regular basis now. Thank you 🙏🏼💗

Close to the end i started getting those "im tired i should stop" thoughts but i never did. Your workouts are so balanced and your voice keeps me going! Youre amazing thank you❤

At first I thought it was really fast phase compared to usual Pilates. But then the faster the phase is, the more I concentrate 😮.. that’s really mindful. Thank you Sanne ❣️

Your pilates is the best! I felt capabale but challenged!!!! It was great. The only thing i would recommend is maybe music that is a bit more mellow? I have high sensitivity and in this workout it kinda bothered me. Other than that it was great! Thank youuu

Wow! this was the hardest and yet most fulfilling workout I've done in a long time
