I was beating myself up today about not getting in a workout this morning. I pulled up this video pretty late, showed up, and gave it my all. I was super happy when you mentioned how some of us were ending our day with this video because I felt like I counted and that it was ok to not workout immediately in the morning. Great video!!❤️
Sanne Vloet and Mish Choi have the most relaxing yet effective pilates workouts. It doesn’t require so much movement like other pilates workouts and at the same time not too complicated to follow along.
I love this workout, and not only this one but all of them. They are short but challenging and if you practise them regularly, you can see the improvement. There is just one think that drives me crazy and it is counting :).
I like this. Most of them are easy to do but still can feel the sore. And the sound of the breath really helps me to breath in and breath out during the excise.
