Your workouts are keeping me motivated after having my daughter, I make sure to exercise every day and these workouts have been challenging me postpartum but also your calm and warm energy is really reassuring. My husband even joins in sometimes and our 4-month old watches... she'll be doing baby pilates in no time 😂 Also, I love the new name for your wellness platform!

day 1: dreadful, i could feel every muscle shaking to death day 2: i did it again, it was almost as bad as the first day, but a little better day 3: i had a (50 min) swimming class tody so i didn't do it day 4: didn't do it because i was lazy, but i noticed my legs seemed slimmer and more toned day 5: i did it again, i feel like it's becoming less difficult
