    I would love a 45 minutes routine, just easy enough so you can relax a little inbetween, but hard enough so you feel like you've done something, thank you for These Workouts

    This pilates workout gave a great full body burn!
    I love your 25-30 minute workouts, Sanne. It's the perfect amount of "me time" while my 2 year daughter takes her nap. Much love x

    I used to struggle with body-image and Started doing your workouts (I was 15 back then) I'm 18 now and I love how my body has changed and how my strength increased. Thank you Queen Sanne👑♥️

    Just finished this workout and was really challenged 😍 loved it. Struggled a bit with the balance part of the all fours exercise but I’m sure I’ll get there over time (any tips are welcome!) 🙏🏻

    Your workouts are keeping me motivated after having my daughter, I make sure to exercise every day and these workouts have been challenging me postpartum but also your calm and warm energy is really reassuring. My husband even joins in sometimes and our 4-month old watches... she'll be doing baby pilates in no time 😂
    Also, I love the new name for your wellness platform!

    Hi! I absolutely LOVED this workout. You are a true Pilates Guru! Sending love from India ❤ 🇮🇳 I have one quick question - in the 2nd last exercise where you do the abs, you only did 10 to the left. Is there a reason? Or we have to do 10 to the right also? (The part right before the final abs exercise pls) kindly guide ❤

    Hi everyone! Would you consider this a bigginer friendly pilates workout? 🙂 I started leaning pilates 3 months ago doing home workouts. This is the first time I come across Sanne's workouts. It looks great! Not sure I am at this level yet.... but i'll give it a try.

    day 1: dreadful, i could feel every muscle shaking to death
    day 2: i did it again, it was almost as bad as the first day, but a little better
    day 3: i had a (50 min) swimming class tody so i didn't do it
    day 4: didn't do it because i was lazy, but i noticed my legs seemed slimmer and more toned
    day 5: i did it again, i feel like it's becoming less difficult

    Yesss! So glad you got the name down 😊. Such a good workout this evening 💪🦵. I like the short one for certain areas like a 10 or 6 minute ab burn etc. And the long ones for something like this where it’s full body.
