Been doing this for about 2 weeks now and I just wanted to comment saying this is one of my fav workouts recently! I’ve been so busy to do full workouts this last month, and this 15 minute routine is quick enough not to mess up my schedule but hard enough that it makes me feel good about myself. Thank you Sanne!

Just finished- love that it’s 15min and you still get to train all the body parts (as a mom with a 6week old baby I never know how much time I get to work out 🙈)
Be careful with the abs and the perineum so soon after the birth. You need to be gentle and take time to heal properly before doing more intense workouts. You could actually make your abs worse. It happened to me and now I'm 18 months postpartum and my diastasis recti is worse than ever.

Also if I must say you are extremely good at presenting yourself and getting your point across without any boring moments lol so many Instagram and RUclips bloggers are so annoying while trying to instruct and inform. Your doing a great job!
While starting i taught k ,,let me start doing pilates nd try..as i moved moved nd in d middle i was like yaa baby its burning nd we have to keep going…thank u so much for dis quick workout🥰..just loved it👌
I'm 8 months postpartum and this was so perfect. I altered only one ab move but could do the rest, and dropped the weights half way through the arms portion. ( I picked them up again later in the workout.) Baby is down for a nap and this is a great workout that leaves me with time to shower before he wakes up :P Thanks Sanne!
