Hi guys!
What did you think of my healthy holiday recipes? Do you have any recipes you love? For those of you who are in the USA I wanted to include an early workout so you can get your exercise out of the way before Thanksgiving dinner! I know I always need to put on sweatpants in the evening because my belly is so full and happy. Anyway I want you to get a total body toning exercises in so here is one of my favorite intense 30 min full body pilates workouts! You are welcome to use ankle weights if you want an extra push but it’s totally fine to do this with no equipment! Let me know what you think if you complete this! Hope you feel stronger and know I am thankful for every one of you!

I never thought I would enjoy pilates, but tried it and its much better than high intensity and I feel much better. Time flies by so quickly. Thanks!!
She gives you the right amount of reps, stretches and breaks. Spends equal time on all areas of the body. Plus her voice is very soft and encouraging .

I’m not the first one to say it, but your full body Pilates are always the best! It’s calm and slow but you still feel all the small neglected muscles of your body working out intensely! Since it doesn’t get your heart pumping to much, it makes it into a great Saturday / Sunday morning workout in order to start the week on a fresh foot! Thank you for wellness month, such a lovely concept and you’ve really been productive and been giving us great advices for our body health! Thank you a Lot!💚
She said low intensity at the end but not for me. I was struggling the whole time. At first my balance was off I felt like I was gonna tip over. Then my hips were burning the whole time. For me it was great thank you ❤ have a blessed day

Its so good to do a combination! Sometimes you body just needs something fast and sometimes something more low impact !

Got back to pilates after a long break in working out, like 1 month without having energy or time to do it caused by stress, and after only 4 days of doing pilates or yoga I already feel so much more stronger and better with my energy levels. Fullbody pilates are my favorite so I’m going to do this right now after finishing my essay for university ! Are there the same ankle braces of two kg each? But I mean two kilos per anklet... But small in size like these that you wear
I usually wear 1-2 lb ankle weights!!
How come when i try to do a workout on one leg the other one burns more than the one thats moving
I got a bit of a sweat on. This is the third plates workout I have done from your channel and I LOVE them. I really appreciate the small reminders to keep your muscles engaged throughout the workout. I also love all the stretches in between.
It was such a meditative experience, and your voice is so relaxing. For me it was intense even without ankle weights. I was fully engaged in all exercises (usually I get bored easily or just in my mind, hard to focus). Such a wonderful workout to start a day. Thank You. Love
I literally did this workout on an empty stomach and I haven't eaten anything before doing it, and now I'm feeling incredible!! I'm having energy, I'm not having a head ache and I think I've found my favorite pilates instructor! Thank you so much!

This was my first pilates workout and I really enjoyed it, I didn’t think it could be so hard 🥵 Hard in a positive way 🤩
i really loved this workout! intensity was exactly what i needed today, but still really built up some heat and felt my muscles working

It challenged me and, at the same time, gave me so much peace. To stretch between exercises was great. Thank you
workout was great but the counting was terrible. you would stop to talk, id be 7 reps in and then you would start to count again but i had another 7 more lol. and often you count slow but i see your leg is moving way faster so even though you say 10 reps you get like 16 reps in it. mostly the talking inbetween the reps really mess up how any reps you are getting. maybe explain the move before and then just keep quiet and count while doing the exercise. having equal reps on each side is very important to keep the body and muscles balanced and even.

Yup, I remember. Initially it was so hard for me. Every 2-3 min I would take breaks. But now even though sometimes I slow down. I can do the whole workout without a pause or break. Thank you so much.

P.s. just getting a bit lost with counting down (when you count to 8 for instance, then chat for a bit, seconds go by, and you continue counting from 7 xD) - but i guess thats just a matter of me shaking during exercising and wishing for it to end) feels so good though
ooooops, I am so sorry! The counting is something I am still working on! Beginner teacher here haha
I personally like it, because if you’re too fast for me, I have time to adapt, and if I’m following your rhythm already, well then the miscount is a great excuse to keep on pushing for some more seconds! Great workout, and the imperfections only make me feel like we’re all just growing at our own rhythms!
