Hey Guys!
First workout video of the year! Have you guys done any of my other ones and if you have which one was your favorite? So this is my favorite thigh workout for when I don't feel like using any equipment. I do this before swimwear shoots to tighten up my legs and really tone my thighs. If you do this consistently like I do it will become easier, but you will still feel the burn!
I've asked you guys questions about wellness, goals, and what give us all inspiration, but today I want to know what being fit feels like to you. Some of us may just be starting our fitness journey and others have been pursuing their fitness goals for some time, but all of us have different ideas of what living a physically fit life is. So today please share your ideas and thoughts and we can hopefully start a little discussion about it.
To me working out is not about looking like you are in shape. I love working out because I feel stronger, balanced, and it really does elevate my mood. Do you have the same feeling after working out? I notice that if I am consistent with my training my posture changes, I feel more confidence, I FEEL STRONG!
You guys asked for an inner thigh video so here it is... finally! This workout is great to do in combination with my 10 minute Abb workout ( • 10 Minute Ab Workout |... ) or 15 Minute Butt Workout ( • Ultimate 15 Minute Mod... . Have you tried them yet?

I wasn’t really paying attention to my thighs because I was busy with school so I didn’t even notice how after 3 days my thighs were already looking thinner! Worth the pain, I’m doing this because although having a thigh gap certainly doesn’t determine how beautiful you are I am doing this for my self and my self confidence.

I use to struggle with this.
Done this for months, and my legs are definitely tightening and I can see a bit of shape. (Thigh gap too)

Does this workout bulk up? Bcs I did a few leg workouts and they all kinda bulked up so
1. sumo squats
2. side leg raise (l)
3. side leg raise (r)
4. laying inner thigh lift (? sorry idk what to call it oops)
5. lower leg circles
6. laying side toe touch
7. laying top leg rainbows
8-11. repeat w opposite leg

I need some advice-
Ok Im doing the workout from 3:38 annnnddd I can only feel my right inner thigh muscle from the doing that workout getting more and more sore but I can't from my left u have any ideas on why or like anything since u said u did it
Hi! Our bodies aren't always symetrical, sometimes one side is a little bit stronger than the other. You can do more reps on the weaker leg (the one that burns more). Or it could be just the fact that one leg gets to rest more before doing the exercise. Then you can simply ignore it.
Instead of squatting and straightening in the first exercise try staying in the bent position and use your thighs to bring yourself a few inches higher it works the muscle more and prevents knee injury. Its a dancer secret. lol

* I'll be drinking a lot of water , I have big thighs and a small waist , but I don't have a lot of fat in my thighs they're just very big , I'll do this 3 times a day and of courde I'll be following a diet regime
Day 1 : legs burn , no difference
Day 2:legs burn, still no difference
Day 3: legs burn no difference.
(I'm going to try and drink 2 litres of water and do this both at morning and in the night
Day 3: burns no difference
Day 4 : burns but not as much as first day but I do see my legs more
Edit :*I'm gonna re-do this cause I forgot to update* but
Day 6 : doesn't burn as much being streching before and after to not have bulky legs (don't want them even bigger)
Day 7: kind of burned no difference
Day 8 : Went out had MacDonalds with friends , did the workout and did other leg workouts , lunges squats , plie squats , crunches
Day 9 :I started to notice some minor change but nothing big
Did this and did notice some changes because not only am I doing this excercise but I also walk around 1 hour everyday when I go out but I stopped
I started this againg about 2 months later and drunk much more water , and had a healthier diet then I did notice bigger *changes*
Overall didn't loose weight in me legs , they just looked leaner an more toned , less cellulite. This of course was drinking a lot of water everyday , walking as another means of excercis or alsodoing other workouts as the same as this and having a good diet. I don't think it's going to work if there is no diet or other means of excercise

This is the first inner thigh workout I’ve ever done with really feeling my inner thighs. It‘s amazing, I was searching for that for so long! Until now, I only did it twice but I‘m gonna update you guys about my experience and maybe even about the (hopefully) positive results of it 😊

@@Sophia-xs3zo | I’m so sorry I didn‘t give you an update! Honestly, I did not see any results only from this workout. I simply had to lose some pounds so get even smaller thighs. But if you are searching for a good inner thigh workout, I totally recommend Pamela Reif!!
I really like how chill this one is! in most workout videos they jump from one exercise to the next and it's really hard to keep up but I really enjoyed the little breaks you gave

Starting Thigh Width
Right - 21 Inches Left - 19 1/2 Inches
Day 1 ~ My legs are BURNING, it feels like it's working!
Day 2 ~ This is the first EVER thigh workout i've felt that little piece of fat being worked out, im so excited!
Day 3 ~ It burned, but I can feel it working!
Day 4 ~ I feel like maybe I've lost the tiniest little bit.....I can still feel that burn!
Day 5 ~ WoW it burns (like always) and i'm feeling a bit more confident!!
Day 6 ~ I feel a bit sore from yesterday, and the last exercise really hurt lol, soon i will update my measurements!
Day 7 ~ The burn is still there, but i know its working! YAY btw ill try and be more consistent updating this lol
Day 8 ~ My thighs are a lot tighter, I REALLY recommend!!!!

i broke my knee in 4th grade, i’m in 8th now and doing leg exercises are really hard for me. i cant do any type of squat. it’s hurts and makes me feel like i’m going to collapse. i go through so many videos to find exercises that i CAN do, and this vid had some i could. thank you!

Use your thigh to squat instead of your knees and try bend forward a bit more
