  • 10 Minute Model Ab Workout | Getting Ready For NY Fashion Week, How I prepared For The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show Casting, Lean Toned Abdominal Excercises | Sanne Vloet Fitness Series
    Hey guys,
    I'm not sure if you have been keeping up with my Instagram (@sannevloet), but if you have then you might have noticed that yesterday was the last day of the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show casting. So many of us prepare for this every year and I wanted to share one more fitness video about what I did for my abs to get ready for this amazing opportunity!
    I wanted to be in the best shape possible so I started preparing on my holiday in Greece!
    My workout routine is focused on the legs, my booty, and my stomach & abs. The goal is to lengthen and tone the muscles. This ten (10) minute ab workout is super easy to squeeze into your day. I like to do things with no equipment so that it can be done anywhere!
    Let me know what you guys think of this workout and also, I was thinking if we could get enough people together maybe we can do a workout together in Central Park in NYC with some of my friends who do the same workout? What do you think!
    So I'm still looking for suggestions for names for the community... Should we go with the Vloets? Anyway can't wait to read your comments and if you haven't subscribed yet, don't forget too for more videos!

      Eva B. She never said that. But there are a lot of people on RUclips who aren’t models but post workout videos.

    Oh. My. God. I had abs before (“4-pack”) and an very strong I would say but just had like a whole cheat week so wanted to try this workout to make the abs visible again. And this was HARD. It burnt and I was like dying. Probably no one will see this but will do this once for each like on my comment

    I just did this in my living room while my toddler napped. Fantastic work out! I lost my baby weight after giving birth, but haven't regained my core strength fully. I'm excited to do this at home a few times a week and get back to being strong again! Thanks for the motivation, Sanne xo

      It was really early in the morning so the sun was not too strong, but I definitely jumped in the pool after wards! Hope you enjoy the workout!

      U wont believe! I did it every morning for like a minute month now. In first week I got a bit tired and got some cramps too. Then in second week I saw some slight shape of my stomach area. Also I did ran 2 miles everyday along with this workout. Third week was amazing, tbh abs started to appear and its the fourth week now and I'm doing it along with running. I also lost some weight. I was 52kg at the beginning and now I'm 49/50kg. If you are interested in it. Go on, this is amazing ab workout. Thanks to Sanne

    I just got my bands in the mail a few days ago to do your full body work out video. I love how easy they are to follow and how you don’t need anything fancy to do them!! I travel a lot and not having to use the gym makes life easy!!

    Hi Sanna, this was nice to add after going for a run. You’re narration was peaceful, encouraging and had just the right amount of advice on form to be useful to most anyone. I can thank the RUclips algorithms for knowing I would think you’re a total🦊. It’s inevitable that I pull up more of your workouts very soon.

    *Nice and simple.* Can be done at home too.
    All the time, there was this beautiful pool in the video.
    15 minutes swimming in that pool would be perfect for the daily fitness :-)

    Props to you for being so fit! I definitely can’t do most of these for 50 seconds! I’m trying to start very easy since I’m super unfit rn. 15-20 seconds for each with breaks. Hopefully I can work my way up to 50! It definitely works, I can feel the burn 💪🏻

    This seems like a perfect workout!💋
    My plan is to start tomorrow and keep people updated who are interested in results.
    I’m going to do this workout for minimal 7 days, i will workout everyday and do it together with the inner thigh workout from Sanne✨
    🦍 day one:
    It was pretty hard to not stop halfway, i stopped two times halfway a exersise and i really feel the abs burning.

I love that this can be rewatched multiple times and your tips to make some workouts more intense are fantastic. This was a wonderful tool to use!     First time watching and I followed along with no pauses! Reaaally felt the burn and had to rest after 30 seconds or so for some of them. Love all the planking though, I always find they are the best burn. You make it look so effortless 💕

    I have done this workout a couple of times now. The planking and lifting your leg is incredibly difficult! I’ll just have to keep going until I’m passed 15 seconds!

    love this video and it really works! First time I feel a little exhausted and found it was too hard for me, especially the third and fourth one. But I try to do it everyday with another eb workout of you (just do one of them per day). After 1 week, I feel much better than the first time and can get along with the pace of your video. Thanks! Btw, could you also record some 10min workout for legs, especially the leg and ankles. You know, having a good shape of ankles and legs is very important for wearing dresses or high-heel shoes. I know you've uploaded a 15min work out for lower body. But it needs some equipment and not so convenient for home or traveling exercises. Moreover, I'm also quite looking forward to seeing you uploaded a workout video for arms. Anyway, thank you so much for sharing your fitness life with us. Love you!!!!

    I tried this workout one minute ago but I didn't watch it before. It was very diversified but I think I did well. In my view the side plank is missing so I added that in the end. Very good video! Love you! 😘

      hi sofia! I was a beginner at everything 6 months ago and not in particularly good shape but i recommend doing abs 4 times a week or every other day. I do two of these 10 minute workouts (there are a lot on youtube) every other day and have seen fantastic results after just 1 month. i now have a 2 pack and am pretty proud....haha. but that's my own personal suggestion!

      deucarida sr but what do u mean when u said 2 pack abs? U mean the 11 abs? I’m asking this because i really want to achieve this kind of abs 😍

      I do it three times a day, but that’s just me. I have to keep in shape because I am a model too. But if your just starting out ease into it. Start with 3 times a week, and slowly progress until you’re doing it every day. Good luck!
