Probably you are using you back instead of your abs, because your abs are not strong enough yet. So work on getting stronger abs and the pain will dissapear😊

Hey Cora, thank you! Listen to your body. I usually do not recommend women to do a too long/intense workout before breakfast, that can have negative effects on the hormonal level ❤
Also always remember: to see the best results, you should have a look at more than just workouts. Also nutrition, sleep and stress are important to get the best results! Also the lower belly fat is a natural protection for your uterus, caused by hormones, and is actually good and important (ofcourse depending on the amount of fat).

If it's your first times doing Russian twists, it's pretty normal. The pain should subside and eventually go away as u get more used to the exercise 😃
