There is no way to make them shrink, the only possible way is to burn your love handles by doing cardios and tone your oblique, which you can achieve through these exercises. haha shook i didn’t want to relay on number but on how i look, however i measured my waist the first day and since u asked i did it today and my waist is now 2cms thinner! i did 30 minutes of workout everyday (this video and her full body workout) and ate normally. It definitely works!!!

Day 1: Had to pause a little bit, was struggled to stay up a little bit and lost my balance.. 3/29 Day 2: Still had to pause to get through it lol,the hip dips are hard! Lol, it took me slow and steady but burned alot more then yesterday Day 3: my belly is shredding ! Day 4: Day 5: Day 6: Really trying to stay consistent with this guys!

But if you have lots of retained fat around there, I am sure it will work. I think I’ve advanced a lot in terms of exercising so I go back to this video from time to time when I feel tired, it’s a beginner exercise.
too much obliques will actually do the opposite of an hour glass figure and make you appear more boxy. make sure to only do this workout a couple times a week and alternate between this, and other ab workouts that do not put so much emphasis on oblique workouts
hey everyone I'm doing 3 of her workouts at the moment : this one, 10 mins ab workout and inner thigh workout and imma record my progress here :) day 1: first time trying this workout and I'm already dead in the beginning but I can feel the burn day 2 : I decided to do it twice a day. Struggled a little less compared to yesterday but I often take breaks because it really hurts. (second time) This time I felt stronger for some reason. I managed to go a long time without any breaks. day 3: (first time) feeling much stronger compared to the first time I did it and I can already see some changes! (Second time) feeling so much burn but I’m taking too much breaks Day 4: i did only once today because I’ve been having online ballet classes where we do body conditioning. Day 5: did it only once because my body has been feeling so weak lately but I’m pushing :) Day 6: I’m quite surprised with how much stronger my core has become! I’ve tried many workouts but this is probably one of the only ones that work for my body within six days Day 7: I’m taking lesser breaks now and I’m really proud of how much I lost! Although it is painful, it’s worth it Day 8: Body was feeling weak again but I managed to push through it but I took some breaks within exercises Day 9: My body is feeling super strong today (weird) and I barely took any breaks ! I started doing it 04/01 I'll do it everyday for a month and then i'll update. Edit1 04/07: i did it for a week ( the comment was some days after i started) and i still dont see much change except i am less swelld (idk if this is the right word), and i've beem doing a 1 day rest per week. I will change my diet a bit and wait to see how it goes. My measeruments are (all in cm): 65 waist 92 hips 76 belly (i measured it above the belly bottom).

Many people like myself workout because it makes us feel good, and improves our overall health. I try to stay away from workouts that are centered around looking a certain way because it promotes a certain body type that is unattainable for many. Some may go as far as saying this kind of language is fatphobic (not saying you're fatphobic AT ALL.) I guess just something to think about. I'd love to hear your thoughts. Try doing glute bridges, I want the same as you
unless you're lifting heavy weights your legs won't "bulk" up, they will have more definition but you wont look bulky. Trying doing HIIT workouts

Really good effective doable workout. The 2 Minute sweat 30 sec rest structure is really nice. For higher intensity just repeat. Thumbs up

Hey! awesome workout Sanne!!! I wonder why you title such a good ab workout "tiny waist" workout when that may turn away many viewers. Many people like myself workout because it makes us feel good, and improves our overall health. I try to stay away from workouts that are centered around looking a certain way because it promotes a certain body type that is unattainable for many. Some may go as far as saying this kind of language is fatphobic (not saying you're fatphobic AT ALL.) I guess just something to think about. I'd love to hear your thoughts. Love your channel and especially loved the workout. My abs were on fire!!!
Nessie S. Totally agree with you! I love to see great ab workouts at home, especially at this time. But calling a workout ‘sexy tight waist’ is disturbing.. I think you have a lot of great content to share Sanne, and using these ‘clickbait’ titles are really not needed!
