Hi! If you're starting pilates, keep in mind that the first work out is ALWAYS the worst if you struggle in the beggining that's just normal and don't be extreme just be consistent
You do one of those thing where it looks so graceful and soft. And when I actually get to it, my muscles were like "wait a minute....." *burn* Love this so much! Catching up on two workouts in one day, onto the leg one!
I go to the gym 2 or 3 times a week, I do cardio and weight lift, but I've always been curious to try out pilates, but I've never really started because I thought I would get bored of the slow movements. I just tried this out and I'm in loooove. so calming and relaxing, I really felt my whole body working and it was too good

This is my first pilates workourt in my life and i thought it will be easy ,but dam it is so hard my body had never did moves like that and i was sweating like rain getting out of my skin 😂😂😂 , i couldn't complete the video but i felt good my musles still shaking after this workout

As a long time runner, my hamstrings are very tight, so I cannot get my legs to 90 degrees while laying down 😅 Maybe you can add a day for Pilates for runners? hehe One controversial thought: I don't like when these workouts have background music. Again, this is probably just me :) Looking forward to this again tomorrow! Will probably start my day with this. Thanks Sanne!

I really enjoyed it. I do lifting weight but I needed a little bit of change and that’s exactly what I needed. Combined to cardio I think that might be the perfect way to loose fat ( not weight girls ! ) 😌 I’m addicted !
I have always struggled to appear toned. When I lift weights I get stronger but not really defined. I’m really doubting though that a weight-less routine will bring definition? Has anyone had this experience of weights vs Pilates for definition?

Sanne, I love this Pilates workout so much! Its been my new favorite go-to. You are so fun to workout with and your voice is so calming!
