I've been doing pilates online for two years and Chloe is by far the best with giving instructions for form. I learned a lot in just one session and she incorporates some good mobility moves too. Please give us more Chloe!

Amazing hard but not too hard
Is the crest pad good for capsulitis / bursitis under the 2nd toe ? I have a terrible pain under my 2nd -3rd toe , diagnosed as above . I use already use personalised orthotics . Pls help , regards from Spain. TY !

At 20:40, why are you bending the head forward instead of supporting the head and lifting the shoulders/chest?
