Jessica, thank you so much for sharing this updated version of exercises for knee pain. I have watched your old version so many times, and I wished I would not have to pause and rewind the video to do on both of my knees.. I really appreciate you are doing each movement without skipping counts or the other side!!! Love it!!! Thanks to you, I am still able to run with no pain in my knees.

Thank you, Jessica, for the refresher on knee pain exercises. I'm one of your peeps who has been doing your older knee pain videos for years and I've recommended your videos to anyone who complains of knee pain. ❤

Thank you so much for this exercise. I’ve been doing your short videos for a few years now and they have helped with the pain I experience from spondylolisthesis. I’m now waiting for injections into my right knee to help with cartilage loss (I fell down stairs when I was 19 (I’m now 74) and had a parrot tear removed (I also have damage to my ACL) this video has helped with the meniscal cyst ache I now experience. I have always been a keen walker and anything that will help me to continue with my daily walks is very much appreciated. ❤

It would be nice to have parts 2 and 3 so we knew which video would be the best increase in intensity.

The next step to add would be one of my ten minute hip strengthening videos, then the squat tutorial to learn how to squat without pain!

I had a meniscectomy/chondroplasty on my right knee many years ago before having a radical hysterectomy. I started having osteoarthritis and I needed to strengthen my small-patella right knee and my regular left knee. This is very helpful to do. Thank you, Jessica.

Hello Jessica! I am currently in bed resting and icing my knee after the diagnosis of chondromalacia patellae. The MRI also showed a small Baker cyst with some loose liquid around it. I was wondering if these exercises would be helpful not only to reduce pain in the knee but also to help absorb the cyst. Thank you for taking the time to upload this video!

Jessica! ❤ This came at the perfect time! My knees want extra attention at the start of the cooler seasons. Thank you for the reminder to be more consistent year around. 😊

Would this be safe for hypermobile people? Risk of hyperextention?

Jessica, I have osteoarthritis in my knees and can no longer sit on my feet. Is there exercises to enable me to do that again?
    Thanks for your great info!

There are some exercises that could help, but also it may be that your knees aren't happy with full flexion and that's ok too! You can work through some mobility and stretches but don't push through pain with arthritis.
