@Jessica Valant Pilates Thank you for a very helpful video 😀. Would you know why I have pain in my right knee when I do the bridge exercises, but not when I do squats?
It is refreshing that you do not follow the knee-over-toe bandwagon/hype. It is a trend now for every guru or expert to generalise squatting knee-over-toe is good for you, which is, in reality, not suitable for everyone.
You should be aiming to restore knee bend, by progressively loading it. This will involve knees over toes. This is not a squat it is a hinge.
