    This was such a helpful demonstration. I've been doing squats totally wrong, which explains why they've been so difficult!

    Excellent demonstration, thank you!!! It breaks my heart when I hear women my age (58/59) say they don’t bend or squat, they have given up on doing so, and will do other things to avoid it at all cost… ❤❤❤

    It is refreshing that you do not follow the knee-over-toe bandwagon/hype. It is a trend now for every guru or expert to generalise squatting knee-over-toe is good for you, which is, in reality, not suitable for everyone.

      You should be aiming to restore knee bend, by progressively loading it. This will involve knees over toes. This is not a squat it is a hinge.
