After I had Covid Christmas last year I delt with activated osteoarthritis for the better part of 2024, basically shutting down my left hip joint and causing weird pain patterns throughout my entire body. After 9 month it´s finally getting better. To find the right balance between exercise and rest was the biggest challenge. Your channel was very helpfull in doing so. This video provides some ideas for the very problem I do face right now. Cheers, Alyssa, and thx a ton!
She’s wonderful, isn’t she? ❤
I was unable to walk after Covid in 2021
Your consistent loving encouragement for us arthritis “niks” motivates me to improve my hip arthritis.

Your demonstrations and explanations are so clear and supportive. Thank you...
Thank you Alyssa, I have been following your exercises for few weeks now, I must say these exercises turned me into more confidence and determination in my journey of Healing myself from RA.. You are excellent...your approach is so empowering you put us at ease and comfort with those exercises.. From India, Bangalore
Hey hello, I'm from Bangalore too!
Your videos are incredibly helpful. I initially started watching for my dad who has trouble walking, but I find your exercises are actually great for the whole family! Thank you so much.
This video was exactly what I needed. I have arthritis in the hips and knees. Last month I signed the dogs and up to walk a mile a day for cancer. We had worked up to half a mile, but then were kind of stuck there. My big dog has arthritis in her back and legs. We did make it, but with a lot of anti inflammatories! We’ve backed back down to half miles but would really like to walk the mile without the pain. I’m going to give all these a try and increase more slowly. (Last time we went up to .75 miles for a week, then to the 1 mile for that month.) 🤞🏼🙏🏻
Thank you once again for these very informative video

Good morning hope you are well. I’ve just had x rays which confirms osteoarthrosis of the left hip. I’m finding walking increasingly difficult and wondered if you tell me which exercises I should do. Thank you so much ❤
I can’t touch the wall without bending my legs😢
Calling one set of muscles taut, and the opposing set tight is not helping to dispel confusion. The video is otherwise informative.
