    This video is a combination of stretching and exercises to do 3 times a week for stronger knees! Strengthening your knees is so important and the best way to do that is by strengthening the muscles that surround them! Cheers to happy and healthy knees!

    I’ve been doing this exercises for 2 weeks and really feel that my knee muscles became stronger, I’m so grateful for this video.
    And want to add, how precious to hear the phrase in the end: “You took care of your knee”. It makes me so proud and contented

    I swear PT's never give actual exercises except "rest rest rest." Thank you for giving me something I can follow along that won't take up 1 hour of my day.

    I started an intense workout program three weeks ago, and two weeks into it, I started to have knee pain. I rested my knee for a week, but the pain wasn't completely gone. I've been doing this stretching/exercise video for three days in a row, and my knee pain is starting to subside. It's time for me to start strengthening my knees. Thank you for this video!💖

    I have been suffering from severe pain in me knees. Only after two sessions the pain is now gone, and I am now doing this video every two days. I am also doing one of your back video sessions. If you ever feel like making a video specific for lower back pain, then I am all into it. Thanks again for this great video!

    I'm recovering from a dislocated knee cap from August. It's been just about 6 months from the injury and I recently graduated from physical therapy about a month ago. I'm still working on my own to strengthen my knees. I have a lot of muscle in my legs normally and other knee stretching videos were just not challenging me enough. This one though! My "bad" knee feels really great after trying this and I worked up a sweat. I'm excited to try this more during the week and see if it helps the soreness. Thanks for this!

    I LOVE this video!! Just like everyone else I've started to see quick and positive improvements in my knee pain thanks to these strengthening knee and quad exercises.
    I do this workout as part of my gym warm up and it's just great.
    My favorite part is at the end when she goes, "woooo!! Way to take care of your knees!" - I feel absurdly proud everytime 😁

    ❤🎉🙏🏽Hi. 😊I'm a new subscriber. Thank you so much for this workout for my knees. I was able to complete these exercises. I did the chair modification with that one. But I feel alot of comfort in my knee area after doing these. I'm 60 about to be 61 in August. I'm a security guard. I walk a lot, and I walk fast. But going down steps, is my problem. I use to work with juveniles when I was in my mid twenties. That's how I injured my knees. They didn't start bothering me much until I got into my 40's. I have a hairline fracture in one knee. This helped A LOT! 😂😅🎉🤗👌🏽My son use to train me, but he lives out of state now. I really appreciate this. I'll do this at least every morning before breakfast. 🎉❤❤❤

    I really like to how the exercises are approached, how clear the narrator makes the instructions , and how the modeling instructor displays the exercises.
    But, the music starts playing really loud in comparison to the narrator's volume, which is abrupt everytime it starts playing. The music chosen works well with the video. its just really loud

    Thank you so much for this routine. This exercise alone fixes my knees. I play a ton of pickleball and getting close to half a century old. As soon as I feel my knees feel weaker I do this exercise and it fixes them like magic. I love your presentation or format too, simple, nice and easy to follow.

    This is such a great idea! I really enjoyed the exercises (except for the SL GBs - those always give me knee pain and my knees are doing some ungodly noises, but I guess they’re just not for me) 😁

    I actually love this sm im a figure skater and theres a move (dont know the name in english) where you basically go on one knee and lean back like in the reverse nordics and I really wanna learn that so this is great ^^

    The exercises mainly strengthen the glutes (butt/bum) muscles whuch are responsible for rotational strength of the leg which keeps our legs straight (not bow legged or knocked kneed) which prevents knee injury and knee soreness, imho.

    Good, but the transitions are too fast. 10 seconds would have been better, especially if you’re recovering from injury.

    Is it me, placebo, or my knees started to feel better after doing this just once? 🫨🙌🏾
    I've been trying other stuff, but I'm not the most consistent individual when to comes to working out. I'll try and keep this up to be sure.
