I have had arthritis knee pain now for more than 5 years. The doctor only suggested physical therapy but no surgery. But what I don't understand i've did x rays more than once, and sometimes they see the arthritis and then the other time they don't. Confusing
I’ve had knee pain for 17 years when I fell and smashed my right knee. I have had 3 orthopedic surgeons tell me I needed a knee replacement immediately, but I have had two orthopedic surgeons tell me not to do it unless my pain is severe. They tell me my knee is so bad I should be in a wheelchair, but my pain is minimal except after line dancing classes or walking. Then I elevate it and ice it and it’s feels fine again. I love this new knee strengthening workout and could feel all of my muscles working. I also ride my bike 20 miles 3 times a week to keep it mobile. Thank you again for another great workout! ♥♥♥

I started doing these exercises the day after I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my left knee. The effect was immediate and my mobility increased massively. Three weeks on and the pain and swelling are greatly reduced to manageable levels. I’m eternally grateful. X
Two months out from a total knee replacement and discharged from Physical Therapy yesterday. This knee workout is just what I need to continue healing and strengthening. I’m trying to avoid having my other knee replaced and exercise is the key. Thank you!!!!

This was exactly what I needed to remind me to start doing this daily. I tore my MCL many years ago, had surgery but later found out that surgery caused arthritis in the knee for life. I wear a small elbow tennis strap under my knee for my morning walks and it helps support and stabilize my knee. These were excellent to do this morning post my walk. THANK YOU!!
Hi Schellea , I have started your videos for knee pain. I do this one and the 5 minute one together. They are great! I am in my early 50's and have minor knee pain (I had a bad knee sprain last year and did 6 month of physical therapy). I'm feeling really well again and want to do something everyday (easier than the stuff my PT gave me) that I know is good for my knees (when I cannot go to the gym)..These are just wonderful for anytime and every single day! I'm the same .iWork on the floor & b low kids chairs for 25 years .I needed a hip replacement & my knees are bad I can't kneel down .I'm going to give this a go .I loved the exercises during lockdown especially
Recovering from meniscus tear, love your excellent knee strengthening program. I can do a few of them for now and will include the rest of them slowly. Thank you, very comprehensive and complete program.
These exercises work amazingly well for my knee pain. My knees tend to hurt especially in the summer when I’m doing a lot of gardening. This routine really helps to alleviate the pain. And I really do need to do them every day. I’ve found that if I miss a day or two, the pain comes back.
Hi Sheila, I tried this work-out today. I had knee surgery (ligament interior +arthroscopy twice) knee arthroporose, tried infiltration, no effect, trying to hang in there without a knee replacement surgery! The minescus is worn, once again; all of these interventions led to a double hip replacement. I recently joined a gym with hope that I can strengthen the muscles around the knee! I am able to do most exercise but, I must be careful not to make things worse! Thank you, I enjoyed this video! Have a nice day! God Bless you!

Yes! I have pain in my right knee that comes and goes as sharp pain or aching pain that wakes me up at night and can make me limo. My chiropractor gave me exercises to do months ago and I keep forgetting to do them. This little video has most of them and is easy to follow. I commit to doing these daily.

Love this knee and the hip,one I’ve got. And osteoporosis in hip and affecting my knee but also like the 5 miniute ones ya I did fir a week then I got sick busy again and now are stiff as usually do yoga fir 2 hrs which restorative and really helps but I do yr wrk outs just trying to get the challenge but can’t get it to wrk on my tv

I didn't realize I had knee pain until I did one particular exercise 😮 (I think it was from banging my knee on the towbar a couple of days ago 🔥) This set has also shown me parts of my legs that need more stretching. Very useful, thanks Schellea ❤
