Coming back to say I have continued to do this stretch at least once daily, sometimes twice just because. It literally has been a life changer. I am much more active because my knees have zero pain. Thank you for this amazing and helpful video.
My brother and I have knee pain from years of sports and martial arts. So much so that I detested going up and down stairs. He sent this video to me a a week ago claiming it helped him. After one 20 minute session my knee pain was relieved. I practically bounded up and down the stairs when I needed to use them. I was on a cruise ship at the time. Now, a week later, I have had zero pain since starting and I can get deeper into the stretches. Thank you thank thank you!!!!

Been really enjoying this knee routine and the hip one as well , i have been using this routine for a warm up before walking and some lower body weight routine, im wondering if that is a good idea, or should i do these routine as an alone therapy 🤔
A wonderful example of a beautiful glutimus maximus to the max. I got involved with the nhs and they virtually destroyed me . But I’ve come back and now on the Keto . Up to 50 I had a bum to be proud of and that’s important for power in the body

Does this help with inflammation?
For me, it is ice, diet, and Turmeric (curcumin), which have kept my inflammation down.
