I've been experimenting with various video exercises for my knee pain, but none have helped me with such immediate effect as this one. I'm done with the others that I've looked at.
These stretches have literally saved my left knee. I thought I was doomed for knee replacement or simply a lifetime of not being able to crouch down to the floor or sit criss cross. At 40 years old I can now do those again, as well not suffer through my daily exercises thanks to this video!!
After the first session with you I was able to jump and run and do star jumps which I haven’t been able to do for few years so I am extremely pleased I found your site ❤❤ thanks so much I have never come across till now someone who teaches like you do❤❤
Excellent, I have a possible tendon tear, something in my left heel, possibly from a fracture in my ankle left, last fall. But I will do my best without pulling whatever is going on in my heel area.
It's a pleasure! 🙂🙏 We hope these exercises can relieve your pain in a natural and non-invasive way, so you can help yourself and get rid of your pain without medications or surgery! 💪 Have you already started to exercise? 🙂 For best results, we suggest that you repeat them daily and hold each stretch for at least two minutes. Please get back to us and share your experience with us! Best wishes, Hannah from Liebscher & Bracht

This is so extremely painful 😢- slowly increasing the exercise intensity. Finding my range and duration of holds. My left knee is bone on bone with complete loss of cartilage in the medial and lateral compartments, (from sports injuries) bulky osteophytosis, ACL tear, PCL is damaged, joint effusion and joint space narrowing. The orthopedic surgeon says the only solution is a TKR. I’m doing everything possible to heal and improve. I still have good ROM but severe pain in the knee joint, what else can I do to improve? Or should I just do the TKR?
Thank you, these exercises are so helpful. One problem that I have.... when sitting on my heels I get cramp in my feet almost immediately so cannot stay in the position. Is there anything I can do with the feet to help stop this happening?
Hi Susan! 🙂 Thanks for sharing your kind words and feedback! 🙏 We're really happy to hear our exercises are helpful to you! 🙌😍 If you have trouble sitting on your heels, you could also try this stretch as shown in the following two articles (the 2nd exercise in each video). 👉🙂 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-thigh 👉🙂 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-kneeosteo This should have the same effect. 💪 We hope this helps! Hi Bronnie, thanks for your comment! It's great to hear you take care of your health and tried our exercises to help yourself naturally instead of taking painkillers or resorting to surgery! 🤗 Keep up the good work and practise daily (on six days a week) for at least 2 mins per stretch for best results. You can also get more detailed information on how to perform our exercises correctly in our five pillars of practice at the end of this article. 🙂👉 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-ceknee Please update us on how you get on and how you feel. Hi Karki! 🙂 Thanks for your comment! 🙏 Honestly, I'm not quite sure what you want to ask, so it'd be great if you could either clarify more here or hopefully our article on heartburn and acid reflux will give you some answers as it covers everything you need to know about the causes, symptoms, and treatment of it. 👉🙂 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-epheartburn Please feel free to get back to us if you don't find answers to your questions. @@Liebscher.Bracht_EN sir I mean are there different type of acid refluxes in day and night , standing up and lying down ,can we feel different type of refluxes according to their pain
Thanks for your response! 🙏🙂 We don't think that there are different types of acid reflux since it's caused by the same problem, which is a tense diaphragm. It's only worsening at night because when lying down you lose the effect of gravity and the acid from your stomach rises up into your esophagus which is worsening your symtpoms. Please also learn more about the symptoms and causes of acid reflux in the previously linked article if you haven't read through it yet. 🙂 Best wishes, Hannah from Liebscher & Bracht
Hi Lean! Thanks for your question! Unfortunately, we can't provide you any help to cure this syndrome in particular. 🙏 But our exercises for heartburn and acid reflux may also help with stomach cramps, bloating, diarrhoea and constipation since they relax your tense diaphragm that can also impact neighbouring processes, such as your digestive system. 🙂 Please learn more about it in this detailed and informative article on heartburn. 👉 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-epheartburn Did you know that your diet and even mental things, like too much stress, can be a huge factor, too? We've got this great recipe for a bulgur salad that can settle upset stomachs for example. 👉🙂 lie-br.com/fb-cm3-bulgursa Give it a try and let us know how you got on, we'd love to know! I agree! Been dealing with a baker's cyst and 3rd day into these exercises - the discomfort is gone. Will keep doing them.
