I did this routine and I am experiencing a reduction in pain. I have been having a real tough time with pirformis syndrome for 2 years physiotherapist after physiotherapist and the pain keeps coming back. Thanks for this video.
Hi. I wish I could get your jaw release tool but it’s unavailable in the U.S. :(. What are your best recommendations to release jaw and back of neck tension. I clench and grind at night and I can feel my jaw and back of neck sometimes go into spasm at night due to tension. Thanks for everything you all do!!!
We're so sorry it's still not available in the US, Steven! 😕 Have you already tried to use a comparable item, e.g. a carved cork from a bottle of wine? If you suffer from too much tension and pain in your jaw and neck, we recommend you to add the following stretches and exercises to your daily routine. 👉 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-jaw 👉 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-neckpain Remember to hold each stretch for at least 2 mins, so you can effectively relax your muscles and fasciae, and release tension naturally. 💪 To release any built-up tension in your neck at night, we also suggest that you sleep on your back without a pillow. Please learn more about a pain-free and healthy sleep in our sleeping guide. 👉 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-backpainsleep If you have any questions, feel free to contact us again. Thanks for your question, Catalina! 🙂 If you have a twisted pelvis, you can definitely do these exercises. They can even help with a pelvic tilt, too, since these are the same stretches. 💪 Hit the link to discover more. 👉 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-pelvictilt Best wishes Hannah from Liebscher & Bracht

Yes the sitting one is pretty standard PT for periformis. Others are harder for some with limited mobility. Hope you’re better.
Excellent!!!

Some people say to stretch, some say to strengthen. Which is correct?
