Thank you for your feedback and kind words Lisa. I love being able to share ideas and tips to help people feel their best. I am very grateful for my viewers and subscribers, like you. 🙏🏼
I can just agree with you. I just found him by chance. He is clear, precise, well organised. I would definitely look after him as chiropractor if I wouldn't live in another continent 😮😮. Kudos!
Was a week into the most debilitating sciatic pain I’ve experienced and my physiotherapist wasn’t sure what the cause was and suspected a disc issue. Found this video last night which led to a few more other videos describing how to release the piriformis. Tried it this morning and my sciatica has pretty much disappeared in the course of a day! The feeling in my left foot has even started to come back. I know the comments section on videos like this are always people saying how much it helped them, so I’m SO thankful that I get to add a comment like that!! Thank you so much!!
Sir. You are saving my life. 20 yrs, a specialist, X-rays, MRI, physical therapy, 5 chiropractors, orthotics, EVERYTHING and not once did anyone mention a trocanteric belt. In all my research somehow never came across it! I am angry and sad, but mostly THANKFUL to have finally found YOU. Hearing you say “don’t give up” brings me to tears. So many years, so much pain, not being able to trust my own body to do simple things or enjoy activities without fear of the pain to follow… You have changed my life and I am so grateful for you and this channel. Thank you is not enough, but thank you! 💜
What did you do exactly that made you better? What is that you figure it out that you have exactly. I hope you continue your search and effort to feel better. I am suffering myself and sometimes feel hopeless. Take care! God bless you! 🙂🙏🏼
I too feel the same way as you do, and have the same kind of experience. I agree, this doctor is exceptional, and the very best. The appreciation is mutual. Hope you are feeling better today, and with hope for a better tomorrow someday.
I feel exactly the same way - The message is so reaffirming, I plan to talk to both my medical doctor and chiropractic about these matters and wish I was closer to Northern California so I could visit in person......
I totally agree with you. Been to 5 doctors so far who failed to diagnose me, had to fly out to state to get an accurate diagnosis with a doctor who also did ultrasound to diagnose me. Too many dumb doctors in the USA, do your research
I would not feel so all alone, most ppl I know attribute life changing debilitation to decisions made by their doctors when they still trusted them. I’m one. If you must have a medical doctor, I say find one who is older. The young corporate drones live by the hypocritical oath: “the patient!? Fuck the patient. This is about my career!”
Thankyou …Dr Brant. I have been suffering with L4 L5 disc bulge followed by SI joint dysfunction and tail bone pain. The moment you said “Don’t give up” really brought tears in my eyes. The pain I’ve been thru both physically mentally and psychologically is just so miserable. It took me more than 6 months to heal and go thru all the pain. And finally understand my situation because not all doctors are so knowledgeable and not everyone gives the right advice. I one could heal by rest and physiotheraphy. Your video is one of the best videos I found on internet and so well explained. Other doctors should learn from you. Really appreciate. Thank you doc. ❤
Im only 23 and I suffer from the same thing!! Doctors only want to give medication and just hope that i can heal myself because im young but it takes a toll on my mental more than my physical.
Just came back from an orthopedic Dr who said to wear this SI JOINT belt for pain down my leg. I didn't believe his diagnosis. Kudos to you for making great content. Cheers
Thank you Dr. Pedersen. That is easily the most informative presentation on Sciatica I have ever seen. I've had Sciatica for over two years now and had given up hope of ever being pain free again. I now know the questions to ask my new Physiotherapist next Wednesday.
Thank you so much. You would be a great elementary teacher, as you explain things so well! I’m 65 and have had knee pain, knee surgery, PT for severe hamstring pain, SI Joint Dysfunction., IT Band Syndrome, Bursitis, etc, etc. In 2 days I go for another injection in my hip. The orthopedic surgeon suggested Pain Mgt Doc. Aleve and Tylenol don’t help. I won’t give up! Thanks for your great video. I’m going to watch some more!
I saw maybe more than 50 video about my Sciatica I had a long time ago ,but I fined this fantastic video Dr explained , very simple and easy to fix,Love you and thanks Dr.and God bless you
I’ve been dealing with intense sciatic pain for close to 10 years now (carrying three babies & a couple of falls have led to instability in muscles and ligaments). My doctor was testing for a SI dysfunction but it’s never been fully determined. I have a pelvic MRI coming up. Which I’ve never had. I know i have a posterior pelvis tilt with a hip hike on the left which seems make my left leg “shorter” (all pain is on the left side). Along with the belt, ice, heat and rest I’ve been doing my own trigger point release on the piriformis muscle which has helped greatly. Most inflammation meds don’t touch the pain. I will try the flossing & avoid shearing. Thank you for the encouragement and helpful videos!!
Thank you doc.. dont give up is what inspired me.If I have to rely on my doctor I wouldnt be here watching this video.I have worked out what exercises are good for me.Understanding the SI joint has helped me greatly and using pelvic block idea was an easy fix and so after watching your video I used a pillow and went to sleep..a good deep sleep after a long while. Wake up and the pain has gone down considerably and burning sensations is fading. I will look into this seriously and the collapsing arche in my feet.Thank you so much doc.
I just found this channel yesterday and thank you so much! I apologize in advance for this long comment. I have adhd as well so I'm giving the background as well as asking a question (or two). I you do another video: I have had lower back pain since the last couple months I was pregnant 6 1/2 years ago so it's been going on maybe 6 3/4 years now. I was managing it alone for a long time. I went to my primary care who sent me to a pain clinic since I've also had 2 knee surgeries and have osteoarthritis in my right knee. I went to a chiropractor a couple years ago and he told me I had sciatica and my back was out of alignment. We just moved and it took a few months to finish the moving process, but the pain got MUCH worse during/after that. It's been massively hurting ever since. It took a fight to get accepted, but I finally found a different orthopedic doctor who would see me after my primary care had an xray done. The orthopedist did a few tests, including the finger point test, and he immediately hit the nail on the head. I thought the pain was mostly near the spine but as soon as he put his finger directly on the area, it registered with my brain (like my brain was confused lol) and I can clearly feel it's my hip now. I invested in a belt from Amazon (before seeing this channel) since we were going out of town and the difference it immediately made was incredible! My husband also had a Purple gel seat that he gave to me because i have massive pain while sitting. The orthpedist also gave me an injection which made my hip sore for 3 days and felt like it sometimes helped but sometimes I would still feel the pain. He now wants an MRI and fighting with insurance to get it approved so we can do that. Then 2 nights ago, I stupidly took off the belt thinking I would be fine just simply feeding the cats since I was only mildly uncomfortable. When I was done, I was walking up 6 stairs to get in the back door of the house and when I got up those stairs, I sat down for just a minute (on after thought I realized my legs were higher up than normal when I was sitting and I was also slightly leaning over as well) to pet one of the cats we have, and when I went to stand up, I felt the pain worse than usual about half way up, and when I went to walk in the door I realized my left hip, which I don't typically have noticeable issues with, became extremely painful to the point I couldn't move my left leg due to the pain for a minute. Once I gave myself a minute, I was able to take 5 steps to get to the bedroom where my husband was able to help me from there. I'm still massively hurting and was basically bedridden yesterday. I figured maybe if I gave it a little bit to heal from whatever I did, and didn't use the joints unless I needed to, maybe the pain would ease a little. I'm under a contract with my primary care for tramadol and a muscle relaxer so I felt going to the ER was going to be pointless as I wasn't going to be able to accept any pain medication they tried to prescribe me. My question is this now that Ive given the long backstory 😂. Since this issue has been going on so long,, is this something I'm going to be stuck with? I've been using the belt for over a month now and it helps while I have it on, but when I take it off, it typically comes back. If you do see this and reply, thank you! I know it's a lot.
I LOVE the Cause Symptom Treatment explanation! Thanks for this video, it’s the best I’ve seen! I’m bricklayer of 30 years and my chiropractor is my favourite human!
You have so much sensible advice, and you really seem to care about people, which is quite rare nowadays. I have been struggling with si joint for years, but a belt always help, now i have bad balance problems which is getting better with walking a lot. I have flat feet and walk peculiar, i will definately see a podriast to get specially made inersoles. Thank you once again, Diane
There is also a connection from sitting for long hours and hamstring muscles getting shortened , pulls on quadradus lumborum which pull on the c4 backbone that pinched your sciatic nerve or the other nerve that runs through your secrael foramen , both causing similar pain to siatica
Thank you 🙏 I needed to see this today 😢 My GP back in my home state diagnosed me with Sciatica many years ago, an old dancing injury plays into this a lot amongst other underlying issues. Today has been exceptionally painful, and am currently laying on my bed with my legs propped up against the wall. I just checked the soles of my shoes, and have noticed the left foot has worn through faster than the right.
I'm so happy to have come to your video. I wish you were in my area. My chiropractor manually adjusts me in the wrong places. I getna tiny bit of relief, but I'm feeling my pain shortly after. I do yoga every day and just learned my favorite position is causing it to get worse. I just got a mri and have been waiting to see a neurologist in October. 2017 to 2023 of struggle.
I’m glad you found my video as well and that it resonated with you. I hope that you will find the answers that you need working with your providers to get back to feeling 100% soon.
This was perfect, doctor Pedersen. Thank you, so much for this thorough presentation about this matter of sciatica and SI joint dysfunction. You presented everything so well, with pictures, demonstrations, and clear and concise descriptions that I followed you along totally engaged 100%! Everything you described is what I have been living with for many years, especially these past two years. I have returned over 100 pair of shoes in two years, trying to get the right supportive fit for my dysfunctional right hip, low back and right ankle pain with flat feet. I have watched this video two times in a row, and plan on returning to it again and again taking in everything and hoping to get help with this. Where in Northern California is your practice? I want to say that you did an excellent job all the way around, and haven't met any other person or video that explained these things as you did, and I thank you! It makes sense, and takes away a lot of anxiety and fear about not knowing what is constantly going on, especially when the surgeons say that I am not surgical.
Wonderful presentation! I appreciate your soothing tones and the simplicity of your teaching method; the neutral background and simple physical models made it so easy to understand. You with a skeleton and pointer. For me, the blue muscle with the pointer demonstrating the piriformis running underneath was better than any video. It is brilliant that the viewer can skip past chapters they don't need, although I am glad I didn't skip anything. I'll bet people leave your videos on just for the calming effect. I just subscribed.💯
I just stumbled upon your video and I think it’s the linchpin! I have been diagnosed with SI joint instability but have never been able to fix it. I’m going to Europe in 2 weeks: I’ll diligently do your recommended exercises and wear the belt. I’ll report back in 2 weeks, but I have hope for the first time in 4 months! Thank you. Keep the videos coming!
I've recently been diagnosed with mild scoliosis and have been under chiropractic care for several months, which has helped. I've also started using an inversion table daily at home in between treatments. My lingering problem is numbness/tingling in my buttocks and not being able to stand or sit for any length of time, although standing is slightly easier. Movement and walking doesn't bother me at all, thankfully. My SI joint itself doesn't hurt, but I'm sure it's the cause of this problem, and the root cause of that is the scoliosis. I'm just so confused as to which exercises I should be doing that will help with all of this but not make the scoliosis worse. One channel will say do certain exercises and the next channel will say the exact opposite - so hard to know what is right! Your channel is by far the best I've found - the explanations of how everything is tied together and what causes pain is so helpful! A video re: scoliosis would be helpful for those of us in that situation.
Best video on sciatica I’ve seen and I’ve watched a lot! You explain it all so well and in such a sensitive manner. Talked about some causes I’ve not heard about before. Thanks ❤
Thank you doc I just got a copy of the manual you referred. also i have listened to your presentation and believe my diagnosis is seemingly the number 3 you spoke of. i am in los angeles wish your office was here.
Thanks, Doctor Pedrsen That was super-informative and hopefully helpful, I’m. A semi truck driver fell of the truck 2 years back landed on my hip and arm, 8 months later I felt a pain behind my ear and 2 years later started my lower back pain for 2 continuous weeks and the 3rd week pain went down to my leg causing numbness in my left feet for 2 months , with X-ray report and MRI, result found 1. Left paracentral disc extrusion at L5-S1 resulting in mass effect on the left S1 nerve root. 2. Additional degenerative changes resulting in neural foraminal narrowing as above without high-grade spinal canal stenosis with 0.7 mm nerve pinch . I liked the parts causes symptoms and treatments where I’m not benefiting from meds to work on causes more and the flossing part as well as the pain stuck nerve which I believe I’m having right now pain stuck causing a bit pain on my hip and the calf muscle which I can’t get rid off till now even with PT, nerve doctor recommended an injection with PT if it didn’t work to go with the surgery which I’m not feeling comfy for; I don’t know if the fixation part will help in getting rid of Tempe rest of the pain or not or as you mentioned might needed more fixation the next day; I followed you on instagram to send you the MRI and X-Ray image i was allowed to take a picture on doctors pc as well as the X-Ray report to check your opinion if you May please coz I live in Michigan but I loved and listened to every single second of your video which I’m amazed and thankful about the information I rarely write comments to some RUclips channels except those whom benefit ppl not only looking for subscribers or like love you brother ❤️🔥
Wow, very informative, I wish you, or someone with your knowledge, lived near me, I would visit tomorrow. I've been suffering from sciatica for 2 months, had xray and mri with no diagnosis, so far
Thank you. I followed through every symptom and learned why I feel like I do. From that your nature inspired me to not only understand the SI...but also to say the words that correlate with the symptoms. Such as Piriformis...WOW. WITH JUST SOME WEIGHT LOSS AND FLOSSING AND I FEEL 10 TIMES BETTER. THANK YOU🎉!!
Such a great informative video thanks. I've been suffering for 5 months now and have just been given many different types of medication by my GP. I live in the UK but really wish I lived near you as I'm sure an appointment with you would have helped me many months ago. Thank you for all the information you give in this video.
Doc. You have given me so much hope, advice and suggestions to try. I was at the point of giving up. I will post my experiences going 2 years now in another week or two. God bless. 😅
Thank You so much Dr. Pedersen! This an Excellent video on the Sciatic Nerve with Awesome demonstrations for me to try! I Love it!! I'm so glad I ran across your video. (heart)
So much great info in this video. I’ve suffered with chronic sacroiliac pain for 25 years and despite having every treatment known to mankind and spending a small fortune in the process I’ve never got to the bottom of what’s causing my pain issues. It’s really quite depressing but I’m still looking for answers 😅
Meticulously informative and optimism inspiring video. I have been plagued by lower back pain sciatica for decades . I wish I lived in northern California, because there is no doubt you were the person I would go to see.. I am traveling to Mammoth in August and I’m going to see if there’s a way to schedule an appointment with you. I am very grateful for your presentation in your obvious concern for the welfare, health and pain-free existence of your patients. Bravo!
Thank you for your kind words Frank. I’m glad you found my video helpful. Mammoth is gorgeous this time of year. So many good outdoor activities. If I get a chance to see you I’ll do all I can to get you feeling your best. That is my passion in my life. Take care.
I'm so grateful you're doing a video about combining the SI joint dysfunction and the sciatica. My SI joint was completely destroyed and if I were to use a pair of crutches I was paralyzed 😅myself and I'm also grateful
Before few years ago I can’t control my leg 🦵, off course I’m very tired by my upper & low back pain! Most of the time my legs got numbness & shaking also ! Few doctors told me I should make surgical operation , but I don’t believe it ! I’m going back home by other person help & I rest few months with out stress Then I tried waking & make do something in my room , after few weeks that bad paralyzed spear-it is gone 🤷🏻♂️ I’m looking my legs need to be walk again, with out any therapy or other waste of money services Currently I am running & walking , but I have little pain in my right side butt, I think this video help me very well! Did u see him 👉 Dr Said “ don’t gave up “ 💪 So Mr or Miss , through ur crunch and try something don’t gave up !
New subscriber from Sweden here. Your information is clear, easy to follow, and, well, bountiful. (I'm aware of how chuckle-inducing that term is here, bit it's suitable!) Tusen tack! 🇸🇪
Thank you . I learned so much and have realized both shoes wear on the inside . One side more . My hips seize up and tender points on the inside of my knees . Plus a fall on my butt on a bus 25 years ago and injured my coxic apparently . Lived in great pain since . I also feel the tight facia in my glutes and hips . I’m going to show my chiropractor your video 🙏🏼
Dont forget about stress too!! I had it 12 years ago during a stressful time, once over it disappeared! Now I’m experiencing it and thank you for the flossing exercises 🙏❤️
Yes, I completely agree. I think stress is hard to quantify so people don't realize how much it can contribute to many different type of pain in the body. Thank you for your comment and sharing that!
I just tried the movement to break up adhesions in the sciatic nerve and I can now feel less pain and referral down into my calf and foot. I am hopeful. Thank you for sharing this information. I had trauma to my hip and sciatica N this last March. It's been interesting and frustrating.
Thank you very much for this. I had watched numerous videos to alleviate my pain, but I found valuable information in this one. My problem is in my feet caving. I will start being conscious about that and see how it goes.
I’m glad you have found my videos helpful. Developing an understanding of what is the underlying cause of our unique pain or limitations I believe is fundamental to finding lasting relief. It sounds like you are gaining that insight. I wish you all the best on your journey and hope you get back to feeling 100% soon!
I totally agree!! I have watched so many videos on sciatica that my brain nerves are numb but this video is by far the best. I have two left toes numb and pain in what seems to be the priformus muscle. Can’t sleep at night because no position is comfortable. Seeing a Dr and right now waiting for physical therapy next week. Hoping PT can fix it but so much info in this video and greatly appreciate this video and might figure out the cause.
@@PositiveMotionChiro I have been suffering with chronic pain in back n halfway down my right leg my MRI and X-ray show degeneration and some movement in the back. I would like to send you my report if possible can you share your email pls I’m in the UK. I’m a very active person just turned 60 few weeks ago I definitely never felt my age until This debilitating pain
You seem the most informative and really understanding the need for an accurate diagnosis . Im in between jobs with no insurance and in severe pain. Im hoping this helps me heal . Thank you so much
I've had si instability but also fixated. When fixated must have chiro. Very happy to be learning from these vids. Will be looking at glute med exercises and others.
Thank you so much for explaining everything with PS & SIJ dysfunction. Have been thru so much & pain over the years. You give great informative explanations. I see now how obvious my problems are & feel hopeful in correcting them. Making a chiropractic appointment asap to continue with much needed conservative treatment. I realize now how important to correct pronation in my right leg too. Thanks again!!
This is the most informative video as i have both conditions. I think in part why i developed chronic Sciatica because I have Si joint dysfunctions right sided weakness. I was getting shooting pains and they were excuriating pain, i started mild compression and have stopped them. Also have more complications disk bulge at L4 L5 and recently osteoarthritis.
This is a breakthrough for me, its the Foot Issue in my case. I cant believe my eyes when I went to check all my shoes. All of them had right heel wear. Now I know what's causing my recurring pain, Thank you. You're a life saver!
Wow. Amazing video. Thank you so much for all of the detailed information and positivity. If nothing else, you’ve given me several new causes of pain to look at. I never thought about anatomical leg differences being a factor. Good stuff.
Thank you so much for your video and clear explanations. I suppose you are sick of hearing this but you have such a calm and amazing way of explaining this problem. Thank you very much and keep doing what you do.
Your information is amazing I have been suffering with SI joint pain from a work accident in the year 2000 my left leg is now much bigger than my right and my left hip just aches with pain that radiates down my leg. I have a Harrington rod in my back for the scoliosis operation in the 88 and I have had other surgeries on my back and still have another in the next 90 days. I have suffered in pain from a young age and now I am 50 the pain has taken my life away but anyway there is plenty of people worse off than me thanks for the video mate. 🇦🇺🙏
This is great information. Sciatica has been bothered me for years and not so many people can explain as clear as you did. Anyone you know in good in your field at Newport Beach or Southern California you can recommend? Like you said, don’t give up. I want to get the problem fixed. Thanks.
I found your video very helpful and an excercise to help my siatic nerve pain. I too have dropped arches and wear orthotics. However during summer a full shoe is far too hot to wear. Hence my back pain increase.
9:41-- been out of gym for 6 months. Due to sciatic/piriformis ttpe symptoms....i knew it was the lunges although didnt feel anything instantly...u confirmed my thoughts!! on the way to recovery since osteo started fixing my SI... THANK YOU SIR❤
Thank you so much for this video. I have watched many back pain related videos. But I can understand from this video some other important things caused back pain. I'm suffering from back from many years. It comes time to time. May be once a year or twice. When it happens I can't stand up and stay for few minutes. Can't move my hip and lower back. Pain though the right leg. Can bend for even small thing like wash hand. Cannot sit. When get out from the bed can't stand-up straight. Can't even change clothes on my own. Can't lift up a water bottle for drink water. As of this video I figured out that I have leg length issue. Coz I'm a soccer player and in 1997 done ligament surgery on my left leg. After that I played again and in 1999 other leg got injured. Same injury, same way. But didn't do surgery as it take time to recover and I stopped my soccer career. I'm in Australia. If you can refer the doctor or which type of practitioner I would see please help on that. Thank you
You are the best teacher. The videos are so well organized and your voice is so easy. Honestly, I find it so relaxing yet productive to learn from you. This is a super important topic.
Thank you!
Lisa
Thank you for your feedback and kind words Lisa. I love being able to share ideas and tips to help people feel their best. I am very grateful for my viewers and subscribers, like you. 🙏🏼
Can l do it after surgery
I 💯 agree. The only reason why I stayed on
I can just agree with you. I just found him by chance. He is clear, precise, well organised. I would definitely look after him as chiropractor if I wouldn't live in another continent 😮😮. Kudos!
You know so little that's why you think he know a lot.
Was a week into the most debilitating sciatic pain I’ve experienced and my physiotherapist wasn’t sure what the cause was and suspected a disc issue. Please have an x-ray; you may have slipped discs! I speak from personal experience.
So many years, so much pain, not being able to trust my own body to do simple things or enjoy activities without fear of the pain to follow…
You have changed my life and I am so grateful for you and this channel. Thank you is not enough, but thank you! 💜
So did the belt help?
Did the belt alleviate your pain?
What did you do exactly that made you better? What is that you figure it out that you have exactly. I hope you continue your search and effort to feel better. I am suffering myself and sometimes feel hopeless. Take care! God bless you! 🙂🙏🏼

I feel exactly the same way - The message is so reaffirming, I plan to talk to both my medical doctor and chiropractic about these matters and wish I was closer to Northern California so I could visit in person......
"Do not self-diagnose"" pfft. If I could rely on doctors, I would not be watching RUclips videos to learn about anatomy to solve the aches in my body.
Definitely.
Medical world is upside down
The same here! I’ve watched many yt vids trying to heal myself after being disappointed by doctors.
I totally agree with you. Been to 5 doctors so far who failed to diagnose me, had to fly out to state to get an accurate diagnosis with a doctor who also did ultrasound to diagnose me. Too many dumb doctors in the USA, do your research

👍 agreed
His calm voice alone, has helped my SI joint pain. ☺️
Communication is important.🎉

I have seen dozens of videos on this subject but this is THE HOLY GRAIL OF SCIATICA PAIN VIDEOS ❤
Thank you so much cybermaru! I appreciate your feedback!
Just came back from an orthopedic Dr who said to wear this SI JOINT belt for pain down my leg. I didn't believe his diagnosis. Kudos to you for making great content. Cheers
I'm glad I was able to validate what your orthopedic doc was telling you. 👍🏼

Agree! So powerful to hear
This is this best video on sciatica I have watched. So well explained. Thanks for posting this!

I know it's a lot.
very impressed with your knowledge of this issue.... you are the best at what you do my friend and thank you for the info and the links.
Pedersen, you teach with so much patience and clarity. Pls more teachings on exercises that can cure permanently
One of the best teachers to analyze posture problems, thank you
Wow, thank you!
Strengthening my glutes , hugely improved my sciatica
Fantastic!
This is definitely the best explanation of SIJD
Thank you.
I LOVE the

explanation!
Thanks for this video, it’s the best I’ve seen! I’m bricklayer of 30 years and my chiropractor is my favourite human!
The nerve adhesion relief technique actually works omg I feel so much better!! Thank you!!
One of the best informational videos on SIJD/Sciatica I have seen in a very long time. Thank you so much.
Glad it was helpful! Thank you so much for watching and for subscribing to my channel.
There is also a connection from sitting for long hours and hamstring muscles getting shortened , pulls on quadradus lumborum which pull on the c4 backbone that pinched your sciatic nerve or the other nerve that runs through your secrael foramen , both causing similar pain to siatica
Yes, you do a very clear break down of issues I am having with Sciatic issues and the SI JOINT in my hips. Thank you
Thank you.
Brief, to the point, simple language, educational, all wrapped up in humility!
Much appreciated! Been fighting these issues for years.
Thank you 🙏 I needed to see this today 😢
My GP back in my home state diagnosed me with Sciatica many years ago, an old dancing injury plays into this a lot amongst other underlying issues.
Wow is this guy great or what?..............I've been all over the internet, but this is the best explanation...thank you sir
You are too kind. Thank you so much. I am glad you found my content helpful.
Thank you, for help me understand, the pain in my system.
Been amazing Doc.
I learnt a lot and could get rid of a lot of pain.
Cheers
Thank you so much. I hope you get to being pain free soon!
Thank you for your feedback and kind words. And for subscribing!
Thank you so much. I have constant SI and hip pain. This helped so much!
yes, I agree with other comments....you are very informative and nice calm voice! Thank u!
Thank you kindly! 🙏🏽
Thanks ❤
Wow, thank you! It makes me smile to know that my video was helpful to you.
You are a tremendous teacher ! Thank you !
🙏🏼
best video on youtube about this problem
What a pleasant voice he has
Thank you doc I just got a copy of the manual you referred. also i have listened to your presentation and believe my diagnosis is seemingly the number 3 you spoke of. i am in los angeles wish your office was here.
Left paracentral disc extrusion at L5-S1 resulting in mass effect on the
left S1 nerve root.
2. Additional degenerative changes resulting in neural foraminal narrowing as
above without high-grade spinal canal stenosis with 0.7 mm nerve pinch .
Sorry the nerve pinch is 7.3 mm
❤❤❤ ❤❤Excellent. Very helpful. Thanks. God bless.
I’m glad you found it helpful! 🙏🏼
Absoloutlly fantastic video, very informative and helpful.
Wow this video is amazing bless you doctor
You are welome KaliBahayKubo. Glad you found my content helpful and that you are feeling better! 🙏🏽
Such a great informative video thanks. I've been suffering for 5 months now and have just been given many different types of medication by my GP. I live in the UK but really wish I lived near you as I'm sure an appointment with you would have helped me many months ago. Thank you for all the information you give in this video.
Thank YOU so much for watching and sharing your feedback.
(heart)

Your videos
Great information.thank you ❤❤
Great comprehensive video. I really appreciate your approach!!!
Thanks for watching and subscribing bubaah. Glad you found my content helpful.
I’m going back home by other person help & I rest few months with out stress
Then I tried waking & make do something in my room , after few weeks that bad paralyzed spear-it is gone 🤷🏻♂️
I’m looking my legs need to be walk again, with out any therapy or other waste of money services
Currently I am running & walking , but I have little pain in my right side butt, I think this video help me very well!
Did u see him 👉 Dr Said “ don’t gave up “ 💪
So Mr or Miss , through ur crunch and try something don’t gave up !
New subscriber from Sweden here. Your information is clear, easy to follow, and, well, bountiful. (I'm aware of how chuckle-inducing that term is here, bit it's suitable!)
Tusen tack!
🇸🇪
Thank you. You have made me feel aware of what's actually happening internally so I don't overthink
You are absolutely amazing I love how you explain in leymans term so anyone can understand the reason for the different pain
Brilliant presentation.
Very well thoroughly explained....Nice video
Glad it was helpful!
This is life changing !!!!!!
I'm so glad!
What an informative presentation. Much appreciated.🙏
I’m glad you found it helpful!
I just tried the movement to break up adhesions in the sciatic nerve and I can now feel less pain and referral down into my calf and foot. I am hopeful. Thank you for sharing this information. I had trauma to my hip and sciatica N this last March. It's been interesting and frustrating.
I am so glad you are feeling a bit better. Thank you so much for watching. Glad you found my content helpful. 🙏🏽
All I can say is a massive thanks .... god bless you're sole...... thank you so much .
You are absolutely amazing I love how you explain in leans term so anyone can understand the reason for the different pain
😊I’m glad it is helpful!
@@PositiveMotionChiro I have been suffering with chronic pain in back n halfway down my right leg my

very good information...thanks so much.
Glad it was helpful!
You seem the most informative and really understanding the need for an accurate diagnosis . Im in between jobs with no insurance and in severe pain. Im hoping this helps me heal . Thank you so much
You are welcome. I am glad you found my content helpful. I hope you get to feeling better soon! Hang in there.🙏🏽
I've had si instability but also fixated. When fixated must have chiro. Very happy to be learning from these vids. Will be looking at glute med exercises and others.
good Doctor you explained very well thank you
You are very welcome.
Glad you found my content helpful. I hope you get to feeling 100% soon! Hang in there.
I'm glad that you found my video helpful. I hope you get back to feeling better. 🙏🏼
This is a breakthrough for me, its the Foot Issue in my case. I cant believe my eyes when I went to check all my shoes. All of them had right heel wear.
Now I know what's causing my recurring pain, Thank you. You're a life saver!
Great information 🎉
Wow. Amazing video. Thank you so much for all of the detailed information and positivity. If nothing else, you’ve given me several new causes of pain to look at. I never thought about anatomical leg differences being a factor. Good stuff.
Yes, I agree!
Wow. Thank you Doctor. This has really helped with my pain
Thank you so much for your video and clear explanations. I suppose you are sick of hearing this but you have such a calm and amazing way of explaining this problem. Thank you very much and keep doing what you do.
I love this video! Very clear explanations, guide notes, pictures & demo’s! Thank you! 🙌
Glad it was helpful! Thank YOU so much for the feedback.
6:30 into this vid and this guy is on the case, legit been bed bound with this horrible pain
Thank you so much!! This has been most helpful and informative!!
Glad it was helpful!
Very informative not giving up thank you ☺️
You’re welcome 😊 Glad it was helpful.
🙏 Thank you for this 🙏
Such an informative video! Thank you!!
Another valuable video. Thank you so much Dr P.
My pleasure!
Awesome video doc do some on tibia tendon dysfunction also
9:41-- been out of gym for 6 months.
Thank you
Love the video. I have so many issues with my right leg. Now I wonder if there is a video on why I have IS joint pain / sciatica after biking.
That would be a good topic!
So helpful! Thank you.
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you so much for all the information!
You are so welcome!
