I have very painful sciatica in my right leg. I haven’t been sleeping on my right side due to excruciating pain. Will sleeping with a pillow between my legs help sciatica on the bottom leg if I sleep on my right side?
I can guarantee you that people much younger than 50 watches your videos. Including myself. I got into an car accident a few months ago and your videos are helping me to heal. I developed sciatica in my left leg when the crash threw my back out. So happy I'm feeling better. Thank you for sharing these videos 🙂❤️
I'm so sorry to hear about your recent crash, but I'm so pleased to hear you're starting to feel better. I hope my channel is able to offer some support in your recovery journey!
Fantastic Will, forever eternally grateful to your sciatica video that literally gave me my life back after 9 weeks house bound and 24 hours excruciating pain, a few heroes in my 70 year life, but you my friend are TOP of the list, that’s how greatfull I am to you!
Wow! This is truly one of the most wonderful comments I have received, thank you so much! I am thrilled to hear how effective my video was for you, it's my pleasure to have helped - thank you for sharing your experience with me 😄
This could be my story (71 years, f, dead lifts with 45 kg after vacation in may 2024). I have an implanted defibrillator and couldn't take any medication. But there - fortunately - is Will Harlow on RUclips. Your exercises helped a lot, I'm now free of pain. Thank you!
Thank you so much for sharing your experience, I am so pleased to hear my videos have helped and it's wonderful to know you're pain free now! Let's hope my channel can help to keep it that way 😄
I can't tell you how much I appreciate you making this video. I herniated 2 of my discs back in May of this year, felt 80% better by mid-october then I tried something new at Physical Therapy and it hurt so bad it felt like it took me all the way back to square one. It's now Nov 4th and the last 2 days have been almost completely pain free. It's really crazy how this injury can fluctuate. Going through it yourself definitely changes you in a lot of ways. I'm so happy you're doing better, I never would have guessed that you went through this too because you look very active, young and healthy. Seeing other people's stories has helped me so much, especially when the person telling the story looks like they are back to their normal self. Gives me a lot of hope. I relate to so much you said, you said some helpful things I didn't know that I think would help my case too. Thank you thank you thank you. And again, I'm so happy you're doing good after your experience. I'm hoping to go back to work in the next few weeks 🤞🏻😊

I’ve lost 7 kilos, power walk for 1 hour 6 days a week and do resistance training at home. I also now include grounding, (earthing). After my walk I go outside and sit on the grass barefoot and do my cool down stretches. I believe 100% that this really helps with recovery and lowering any residual inflammation!!! I have your book now and absolutely love it! Thank you Will for sharing your story.
Thank you for sharing your experience. I'm sorry you had to suffer for so long, but I'm thankful that your physiotherapist and my channel were able to support your recovery journey and it's great to hear you're drastically better. Thank you for ordering my book, I'm so pleased you've enjoyed it. Keep up the fantastic work you're doing 😄
This is such an important video! My arborist husband crawled around on the floor for two months with sciatica. No hope or help from doctors. He started into a somatic exercise program. He was out of pain in 1 week, back to work in two weeks. He was late 50’s at the time. He was in excruciating pain. Your experience and information is invaluable. Thank you Will. ❤

Thank you Will.. I try the small cobra, clam and wall glide. It works for me, so I will continue doing this exercise every day. Hope my sciatica problem will never come back. God bless you and your work.❤
Will This is perfect advice. I have sciatica that comes and goes at 72. The walking and stretches work so well. It takes a while as you say to go away but it finally gets back to normal.
I'm sorry you've been suffering from sciatica, but I'm so pleased to hear that these techniques are working to help alleviate the problem! I'm wishing for a long period of sciatica-free time for you!
Currently I started the so called- cat 🐈⬛ position I mean going on my knees pushing my back up with tucking the stomach in & later stretching my whole body like a cat 🐈 😅 when he is waking up . All the horrible issues started after Astra Zeneca & Covid infection which I got in May last year. I was always very fit and flexible, going to gym, always had a job which required lots of walking, so never was stucked in front of a computer ( thanks God ) I am now in the middle 60 ties and want to loose 6 kilos as I always was between 52 and 55 kilos and my high is 158 cm , so my body never had the extra weight. I really enjoyed power walk & my gentle gym and now I can not do it. In April this year I got out of bed and could not step on my left leg had to crawl on the floor. Thank you 🙏 for your amazing videos will follow it more often as they sound very professional 👍😊☀️
I'm sorry to hear about the problems you've been experiencing. I hope my videos can offer some helpful advice to support your recovery and wellbeing journey!
HOLY COW! I just came down with extremely painful sciatica in my left thigh/groin that sent me to the ER (yesterday) after ten days. I had stopped all exercise and was prescribed codeine for the pain (which only helps for two hours). Then your incredibly timely (for me at least) just showed up!! Tomorrow, I will return to the gym using lighter weights, try to get in 10K steps plus your suggested exercises daily. I hope to repost in 4 weeks that I'm seeing some great improvement. Thank you, Will. So much!!
I'm so sorry to hear you've been suffering over these last ten days. I'm pleased my video came at the right time for you, I hope the tips prove beneficial in supporting your recovery journey. I'm wishing you all the very best!
@@HT-Physio 7 days in. Had my MRI yesterday. Get the results tomorrow. Planning on returning to the gym one day this coming week (but abbreviated workout however I will incorporate the exercises in this video), Am walking 5-7K steps daily and it definitely helps. WALKING HELPS TREMENDOUSLY. You are a God send .... an angel. Will report again on December 01,
great video Wil, thank you for the honest video about how you messed up your lower back. when I have a bought of severe insomnia I skip the gym thinking I should not push myself when I am tired. I do walk around the neighborhood.
I'm excited to start after watching your video I've been struggling in pain for 5 months now and am starting to immediately after your video Thank you so much for sharing and keep on sharing 😊
Your video did give me hope. I am currently having back pain with some sciatica. I have a long history of back pain that is normally under control for the most part. I get overwhelmed with fear and anxiety when my back flares up. Your video was comforting to me. Thank you so much. You have no idea how much this helped me.
I completely understand the anxiety that comes from fearing a flare up, so I'm pleased my video was able to provide some comfort. I hope my videos relating to back pain and sciatica prove to be helpful for you!
Thank you so much for your generous gift, please do not feel obliged to give anything at all, your viewership and time to leave a comment is all the thanks I can ask! Have a great weekend ☺
Great video. You have covered many of these exercises in some of your other videos. It is nice to have them all combined in one right here. I have sciatica on one side and have found that wrist, and forearm up against the wall one very useful to get relief. Everyone needs to get that latest edition of your book. So much very helpful information is contained in it. Thanks for all you do to help us Geezers. I am 72 and try to stay as active as I can.
Thank you so much for this one. I’m getting PT right now for a recurring problem with sciatica. My therapist has me doing 2 of the exercises you recommended. I will show him the other ones when I go next time. Will continue walking and just received your book. Hope things continue to improve. Take care and thank you for your work. ☺️💙
I'm pleased to hear your therapist has also recommended these exercises, it's always validating to have a second opinion. Thank you for ordering my book, I hope it proves to be helpful for your recovery journey and in all areas of life. I'm wishing you all the best!
I am going through this right now. Myself and using your exercises, which are helping immensely. Thank you very much. For all the work you do. Randy from the u s a
After six months of trying just about everything to relieve my sciatica, I discovered the Wharton Back Book by Jim and Phil Wharton. Doing their 10- stretch routine for sciatica cut my pain in half within two weeks, and I was pain free after two months. Cobra also helped as well as bouncing gently on an exercise ball. Thanks, Will, I've found help for a variety of aches and pains in both your book and videos.
Great to hear you found a solution that worked so brilliantly! I'm so pleased you've found value in my videos and book too, I hope my work can help to keep aches and pains at bay for you 😃
Thanks a lot Will. Your videos are excellent and easy to follow because of your demonstrations of the exercises as well as the printed instructions within the video. This is a timely video as I am currently experiencing bilateral sciatica. So debilitating and painful. The spasms can literally drop me to the ground. So far the exercises I have been doing are not making a significant improvement. I will try your exercise recommendations and walk around the house in a loop using my walker for support. Hoping little steps will in time provide relief. A couple of weeks ago I received delivery of your book. Need to get into it and get started on your exercises.
Really good video. I had a prolapsed disc l5-s1 and a disc bulge at l4-l5 at 27 years old. Nothing helped. I had to get a steroid injection which fixed it. This was in 2010. I've had no sciatica since then until about 2 months ago. Your exercises are really helping me
Hi Will, thanks so much for your very insightful videos!! This is the best video on the internet on the mechanism of the injury and how to heal sciatic nerve injuries. I have the exact disc injury you had and I'm very motivated to follow your program to get to 100% recovery. I'm so glad that there's hope to regain full function.... God bless!
Hi there, I'm sorry to hear you've experiencing a similar problem, but I hope this programme proves beneficial for you - hope is the most important motivator for maintaining consistency. I'm wishing you all the best in your recovery!
A friend of mine put me onto your tutorials. I have started to do the exercises and am finding relief after just two sessions. I will take what I know to the gym to do as my pre work out routine before I start on the cross trainer. Thankyou so much for your informative lessons. AW
Very useful video. I'm 63 and have a small home gym. These days I mainly use sturdy resistance bands (Gymproluxe) but a couple of weeks ago I pushed my self with some free weights doing a deadlift and wham, my recurring sciatica down my left leg. As you say the pain was short but recurring in almost bizarre ways when I least expected it. I couldn't walk for a few days but gradually began my usual daily 2 mile morning and evening walks and slowly things have improved. The exercises you explain here will be very useful as I ease myself back to full mobility. Thanks Will.
I'm so sorry to hear about the pain you've been experiencing, but I'm pleased to hear it is starting to subside. I hope these exercises prove helpful as you continue in your recovery journey!
Thank you for your honesty and experience. I have herniated l5s1 disc with numbers and tingling in left foot. 4 months going to right lef now. Considering surgery because pt and epidural made worse
This is ra eally brilliant presentation of the sciatica problems and do-able solutions ! It just goes to show how there is something good to be found in everything "bad" that happens to us. Thanks to your own personal experience you learned a lot and have been able to help many others. This video will surely be appreciated by many of your followers. Great work, great advice - THANK YOU, WILL !! 🥰
Absolutely, there's always a silver lining and my experience has truly informed my practice. I hope it proves helpful for those who have had similar experiences!
You know what, you help me comfort my sciatica pain...Because everything you say is the feeling that I have since 2021 after a Thaimassage and I am 54 yrs old. I am trying to find some healing process myself...
Patience and perseverance.... that's what one should not forget I guess. And to carry on breathing nicely and evenly. Obviously every case is somewhat different, it needs a lot of trying out, what is helping or aggravating. What helped me (thank you Will) a lot was to know that I can't do much wrong in keeping going. Because my first impulse was, to get in the least painful position and just stay there.
Will, I've been in awful pain this week with what I believe to be sciatica. Ibuprofen hasn't touched it, so I'm using up some codeine tablets I was prescribed a couple of years ago. I'm really looking forward to trying your exercises. I can see already my sleeping position has been aggravating the pain. My pain is coming from my lower spine and has travelled down the back of my right leg and then my shin to my foot. Even the hairs on my leg hurt, and today my toenails also hurt. Thanks so much for your videos. I'm so happy I saw this one today. Maybe I'll get more than 3 hours sleep tonight. Thanks again.
I'm so sorry to hear about the awful pain you're in currently. I'm pleased my video came at the right time for your, I hope it proves helpful for supporting your recovery journey! I'm wishing you all the best ☺
Thanks a million. This is a great channel! Your previous video helped me stop sciatica pain on two occasions now, and I’ll add today’s exercises to the remedy from now on. I’ve just ordered your book. ❤
Getting out of a low beach chair on a cold morning camping at the beach on my 50th birthday felt that aweful pain in my back, bum and leg, hobbled around, got better due to acupuncture and yoga, the reverse pigeon pose, which is similar to Wills glute stretch but on the floor. If i get any tightness in that area down on the floor for me.Its been 14 years and I am thankful for my strong beautiful body!
Thanks for sharing your story. I'm well over 50 and sometimes still think I'm invincible and should be able to do what I did in my younger years. Perhaps that is a good thing (at times), but not always. Was surprised you didn't keep the pillow between your knees when doing the clamshells. I understand "sciatica" is a generic term - i.e. not everyone's is the same. It is 21 months since mine began, and at this time I just seem to be dealing with some thigh and groin pain on one side. My physiotherapist thinks it is all lower spine related. I still do those mini-press-ups and since my symptoms seem mostly left side related, I do the "banana" shape thing that Bob & Brad suggested.
Will, this was spot on. Recently overcame a Sciatica bout and these tips helped me as well. Also found a pilates video that had the same exercises and am using the sleep positions and have no pain. Will have to change my mattress as well. Thank you for these tips. Also, my calves feel much better. Have a fantastic weekend! 😊😊😊
I started getting light scatica after sleeping, it goes away as I move around. I had one or two times it showed up a couple years ago. I did some stretches then and went away. So I must be doing something while sleeping. I am almost 70, but have a hobby farm and work outside, lift feed bags, squat, bend, lift stuff. Never had back issues, always been very strong.
Thanks a lot for your channel. I once had a sciatic problem 3 years ago. I searched and followed exercises daily. Healed after 6 months. I have back pain now and do exercises you've shared. Keep blessings always.
I'm so pleased you were able to find a successful solution. I hope my exercises prove beneficial for your back pain and for keeping your sciatica at bay!
I just noticed the timing of the video thanks to your comment. Strange, I got this the first time ever this week and tried to stretch it away. Big mistake. Now carefully working exercise back in. Good for you to do the exercises before it hits you. I had no idea my original pains were a warning for this.
This is what I’m currently going through. Bent over rows for me and am coming up to week 11. It’s been horrendous but there is improvement now. Please anyone out there you need to read this. DO NOT do as I did after week 3 and try and numb the pain with alcohol. Worst mistake I’ve ever made as the pain went through the roof as alcohol dehydrated my system causing irritation to the sciatic nerve. Trust me I learnt this the hard way and I believe set my recovery back by weeks
Yes it does I follow all your videos and they are so great and share with my friends in Sri Lanka I am in London at the moment and will get you book too It’s a blessings to have someone like you giving clear information and instructions God bless you Will 🙏🏾👍🏾
Oooh, looking forward to this, I had frightful sciatica years ago and now do 3 dance classes including pointe work) and 2 pilates a week. It was reading John Sarno's "Healing Back Pain" got me started!.
The exercise with the leg over opposite knee worked for my IT band left side pain! I think the sciatic nerve causes this pain from time to time. I like your idea of walking a lot more but I have to remember to go left and right too. Otherwise my IT band/ sciatic nerve acts up. This pain started when I was off two weeks with bronchitis and went back to the gym. I was on the treadmill and told myself not to do 3 miles only 1 mile.. Well, the endorphins took over my brain and the rest is a painful history. … The pillow between legs while side sleeping helps too. The standing hip towards wall I do in the pool after a swim. Glad you got better.
I once had bad sciatica from being pulled by a new dog on a leash. I could barely walk or stand upright. Went to chiropractor which in this case did not help. The best thing I found which works every time is a very gentle yoga for lower back program called The Essential Low Back Program by Robin Rothenberg. Worked extremely well within a few days and I use it whenever I am having a low back issue.
I also injured my back with a deadlift and caused sciatica pain in my right leg 😮 I also did rehab exercises at home that helped dramatically! Thanks to amazing physio videos like yours I was able to heal my sciatica myself 🎉I still do the exercises everyday and am more careful with my weight training ☺️
Awesome info. Suffering from the same issues stemming from these very discs mentioned. Thanks! I am utilizing some of the exercises you highlighted. Dr. Wants to do an epidural. However, I am disinclined to use that protocol. In the meantime, I will continue with PT as I am experiencing some relief. Again, thank you. Wilson Kailiponi.
Hi Wilson, I'm sorry to hear you've been experiencing a similar problem. I hope my video is able to offer some welcome support during this time - I'm wishing you all the best in your recovery journey!
I fixed mine with Inversion table. I am a marine engineer,so for the ship I bought gravity boots and made a jig for inversion on board. Completely recovered. Now it has been 10 years. I am 56 now
thank you so much for your video it helps lots, I'm into my 4th month now ,starting to feel better ,how lon it took you ? I'm still tilted to one side!
How timely as I just started having issues with my sciatica. I will start your suggestions today. Last week I was doing the clam but incorporated a kick with it....big mistake so agreed smaller easy movement for now.
I love your videos buddy.....I have had the same pain which I believe is a bulginr/herniated disc at the L5....I do the cat cow, cobra and dead bug pose with glute bridges and nerve flossing.....I sometime lie on the bed with a few pillows under my knees for decompressin and helps a lot......The question I want to ask is will there be days where the pain will be worse and then much better
You are so sweet though. I think I may have mentioned to you that I sleep with a pillow between my knees and have been doing so now for three years. Always keeping my spine straight. Thanks for shoulder cuff exercises earlier as well.
Thanks for sharing. I am 35, I developed sciatica after a left ankle injury since 2021 and overcompensating in right leg. I slipped in August and have L5/S1 pressing on sciatic nerve. What’s the prognosis for hyper mobility as I have a few other bulging discs, what strengthening exercises can I do daily?
Again thank you Will. Strange and sad as it may seem, it is comforting to know that the practitioner is quite aware of what his patients could be going through even if only one ailment. So glad your body is well again, it is truly comforting to know that that you DO understand.
I can’t figure out how to walk with this. I don’t see how you were walking around and working. I was holding my knees and doing a crazy bent over walk just to get up in the morning. Later could make a few steps that hurt too much. Commandeered a utility cart at work to get to the bathroom. Desk job was doable. 5 days later, my foot is no longer numb and my toes are gradually coming back online, but I get that pain in the rear and my ankle and end up walking crazy. I have discovered however, that if I go to the store and hover over a shopping cart, I can walk almost pain free. So for lack of a better idea, that’s how I am now walking. Finally tried an ice pack which really helped. Sat on one and put the other on the ankle. Got crutches, but too painful. Off to the store I go again. 😊
In your video "Sciatica on LEFT side ..." you told the Seated glute stretch should ONLY be done with the "good" leg - would you explain the difference to this video above (both sides done)?
Good advice and all worth a try - and I'm very very glad to see you've recovered. I've had three episodes over 22 years (I'm now 62). The third episode ended with a discetomy that was necessary to avoid corda equina, but still left me with incurable nerve damage 8 years after the operation. Here's the benefit of my experience: 1. The older you are the longer it takes to recover, if indeed you ever do and there are no guarantees .2. Everyone's experience is different, so other people's tips and advice won't help (sorry, but true - I watched dozens and dozens or videos on the subject). 3. Sometimes, it's just a matter of time to heal, with some exercise (a good physio can help to an extent) but it's mainly down to time. 4. If at all possible, get yourself an MRI scan to identify the extent of the injury - but be warned, GP's (in UK) won't arrange this if they can at all avoid it - you could be 6 months or more down the line before there's even a chance of getting a scan - therefore you'll need to exagerate your symptoms (this sounds harsh and unethical but you need a scan as soon as you can get it - and if the GP is holding you off, play the same game in return). 5. All this sounds depressing, but keep up some hope, there's a chance you could recover before getting to the point of needing an operation. 6. Repeat of point 3. Good luck. If you come out well on the other side, work on strengthening your bones and muscles that support your core and back. Gentle Pilates can help, but see point 2. (everyone's experience is different - what works for one might not work for others).

I was always very fit and flexible, going to gym, always had a job which required lots of walking, so never was stucked in front of a computer ( thanks God )
I am now in the middle 60 ties and want to loose 6 kilos as I always was between 52 and 55 kilos and my high is 158 cm , so my body never had the extra weight.
So much!!
Looking forward to your repost.
Your video's are so useful. Learning so much about treating my recent injury, that has turned into Sciatica. Thankyou for the content.
I'm sorry to hear about your recent injury. I hope my videos can support your recovery journey!
I'm excited to start after watching your video
I've been struggling in pain for 5 months now and am starting to immediately after your video
Thank you so much for sharing and keep on sharing 😊
Thoroughly enjoying your videos, exercise recommendations and presentation!
It takes a lot of guts for him to admit his experience. It makes me feel so much better about some of the similar things I have done over the years.
Thank you for this video!!! It is really helpful to hear how you got through your injury! Thank you!
Really excellent lesson for sciatica pain patient...am also suffering lot this problem,it may helpful all of us.thanks lot...

@@HT-Physio just a small token of my appreciation, thanks again
AW
Your doing well may ur recovery stay good
Thank you!
@@HT-Physio are we doing deadlifts incorrectly, Will? seems quite a few people have had the same dead lift experience.
Such a helpful video, thank you so much for sharing it with us!
My pleasure to share!

Excellent Will. It’s helped enormously 😊
Thank you Will
I got sciatica and followed the tips you mentioned for 3 months.
It didnt help me yet.
Thanks and hope it helps one day.
You know what, you help me comfort my sciatica pain...Because everything you say is the feeling that I have since 2021 after a Thaimassage and I am 54 yrs old. I am trying to find some healing process myself...
I'm sorry to hear you've been experiencing a similar problem, I hope my video proves beneficial for your healing journey!
This weeks 3 tip Friday was especially good. Everyone should subscribe and purchase his book. They’re both great and have really helped me
Thank you so much for your kind endorsement of my work, it truly means a lot to me and I'm so pleased to hear you've found my work helpful :)

The best understanding of the feelings of sciatica…
The silver lining is that my practice can be better informed through personal experience!
This has been extremely helpful for me.
So pleased to hear it!
I will try these religiously. Thank you for the detailed advice.
It's my pleasure to help!
Really appreciate this
Hope is important
Will, this was spot on. Recently overcame a Sciatica bout and these tips helped me as well. Also found a pilates video that had the same exercises and am using the sleep positions and have no pain. Will have to change my mattress as well. Thank you for these tips. Also, my calves feel much better. Have a fantastic weekend! 😊😊😊
I'm so pleased to hear these tips proved beneficial for you! Have a fantastic week 😄
Which Pilates video please?
@@katiegarces The Girl with the Pilates Mat. She have sciatica and other gentle exercise videos that helped me.
Thank you so much. Really helpful as I now realise what caused mine and can avoid another episode..
Thank you Will
God bless you ❤❤
Very happy to help!
My husband found walking and crosscountry skiing helpful. We both have found core strength helps and ive found posture is major for me.
This is a timely video. I have been experiencing back of the knee & leg pain. The first 3 exercises: clam, walking, and cobra are a good start.
I just noticed the timing of the video thanks to your comment. Strange, I got this the first time ever this week and tried to stretch it away. Big mistake. Now carefully working exercise back in. Good for you to do the exercises before it hits you. I had no idea my original pains were a warning for this.
Thank you, Will! Great video!
So pleased you enjoyed it!
Thanks for the tips💖 Godbless you 🙏🏻💖
This is what I’m currently going through.
Timely info - thanks, Will xx
Happy to share!
Thanks so much Will I too got this recently will follow this Thank you for your great videos that help so many around the world ❤

Thank you for ordering my book, I hope you find it packed full of interesting and useful information!
I will try this !! Thanks a lot 🖐🍃
Love your videos! I'm sorry that the table of contents of your book can't be viewed.
I'm so pleased you were able to find techniques to help your sciatica - keep up the excellent daily efforts you're making 😄
Needed this thank you always Will😂.
Very happy to help!
These exercises are really very useful.😊
So pleased to hear you've found them helpful!

I am 56 now
That’s how mine is. Bending a tiny bit forward causes pain but bending all the way is fine
Did yôu do warm.up before excersie
Thanks, Will! ❤
You're very welcome!
thank you so much for your video it helps lots, I'm into my 4th month now ,starting to feel better ,how lon it took you ? I'm still tilted to one side!
i had the exact same story thanks man
I hope my video proves helpful for what you're experiencing!
@HT-Physio ive been doing these things already. but the fact that you advise those solutions turns it into a strict routine for healing
How timely as I just started having issues with my sciatica. I will start your suggestions today.
Last week I was doing the clam but incorporated a kick with it....big mistake so agreed smaller easy movement for now.
I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing similar problems, I hope the tips in my video prove helpful!
Thank you will give this a bash!
Thanks
Thank you ❤🙏
You're welcome!
Very helpful video. Walking also helps my sciatica. I’m wondering what shoes you recommend for walking??
You are so sweet though. I think I may have mentioned to you that I sleep with a pillow between my knees and have been doing so now for three years. Always keeping my spine straight. Thanks for shoulder cuff exercises earlier as well.
Best learning is to experience the process
Absolutely - there's always a silver lining!
Thank you Will x would these exercises help wilth sacroilliac pain x
Thanks for sharing. I am 35, I developed sciatica after a left ankle injury since 2021 and overcompensating in right leg. I slipped in August and have L5/S1 pressing on sciatic nerve. What’s the prognosis for hyper mobility as I have a few other bulging discs, what strengthening exercises can I do daily?
Again thank you Will. Strange and sad as it may seem, it is comforting to know that the practitioner is quite aware of what his patients could be going through even if only one ailment. So glad your body is well again, it is truly comforting to know that that you DO understand.
Absolutely - although it's not pleasant, my experience has truly informed my practice, so there's always a silver lining!
Thanks 👍
In your video "Sciatica on LEFT side ..." you told the Seated glute stretch should ONLY be done with the "good" leg - would you explain the difference to this video above (both sides done)?
Great info thanks!
You're welcome!
Hi🙂. As for walking: can this be also slow walking on treadmill, additionaly with 5 lvl of incline ? Thx
I’m 20 and need this video bad😭
Is there a version of the mini cobra that can be done without lying on your stomach? I have an Ostomy pouch and don’t get on my stomach.
