    hey doc, greatly appreciate the subtle nuances you focus on i.e. keeping the heels together on the bridge at the end. I've found that keeping my fingertips lightly on my mid section helps concentrate the brain on that area with something to push against. I do "vacuums" or "hollowing" throughout the day & this helps while standing.
