Think about it though out of that 60% at least 45 or 50% know about the bad cops to at least some degree but don't hold them accountable or investigate anything to make sure everything is on the up-and-up. That cuts the 60% of good cops quick down to 10 or 20% of all cops are decent

It is the officers sworn duty to take posession of a vehicle reported stolen. They were actually nice as he could have been arrested for receiving or posessing stolen property. The police had no choice but to take the car, even if legally bought ( which police believed him). Also, the Dealer should not have had to pay them anything if they followed the law and did all the things neccessay for them to sell it. The State is the one that should have paid him because when you look at it, the State said that the dealer could sell the car. The state is the only one at fault for not having the proper proceedures that a dealer must follow to aquire and sell the car. 100% States fault, good job from police for not arresting hime and verifying he did buy from dealer.. They could have arrested him and told him to take it up with the Judge. Wells Fargo and Chase are really good at investigating and reimbursing people. The usually automatically credit your bank account or card while they investigate. I really dont see what the complaint is against the police... They can't ignore a car that is reported stolen, they have to do what they did.

Assault on a police officer is a worse charge then assault on another person wait isn't a cop another person? Obviously not to them. The cops are such spoiled little cry baby brats that have to get their way for a job they do wrong. There's nothing in their policy that says just punching someone for no reason is part of the job. Maybe people should start protesting Infront of the cops house on the sidewalk peacefully? Maybe the cop needs to learn his lesson another way the problem is finding people to teach those lessons whatever they maybe. Cuz they obviously don't learn them from their own job correcting their actions. Their actions should be treated no different then anyone else's. No one's job excuses them. People that have fake power over them protecting them from their wrong doing are weak minded whimps who have been brainwashed into believing that everyone's against them. This is why things reach a boiling point and things get out of control. This officer broke the law and they didn’t press charges and let him quit and go to another department. That’s how they protect each other. Insufficient evidence is code for cover up
They couldn’t even cover the officers crime up so they just straight up said there isn’t efficient evidence to charge him when the video clearly shows what the officer did. That cop and prosecutors license should really be put into question and they should also review every case that officer and prosecutor have handled since they clearly lie in their paperwork. How many people have been convicted by these 2? It all should be questioned but that’s probably just way too much work for the police to do so those peoples lives will remain ruined. Ridiculous

ANY officer(s) who QUIT before an official investigation should have credentials removed (temporarily) until that investigation is over ( if found innocent).
Prime example of why there needs to be a National Brady List, where complaints, lawsuits, etc. against an officer fallows them wherever they go, so departments get ALL records and documents to make a decision on who to hire. This happens everyday, cops will resign, versus waiting to be fired, so they can join a PD down the road, and their background and internal files don’t follow, so the new PD has no clue what that officers history is like.

Any officer that resigns whilst under investigation, should immediately lose their Law Enforcement Certification.
"Investigation" is the wrong word. It's treated as a workplace discipline issue, it's not a criminal investigation or something.
Resigning is how they avoid the post certification that a termination would trigger.
Legislators can make it ALL happen
That should be deemed an admission of guilt, they should be denied their pension and should forfeit their police license forever.

Think about it though out of that 60% at least 45 or 50% know about the bad cops to at least some degree but don't hold them accountable or investigate anything to make sure everything is on the up-and-up. That cuts the 60% of good cops quick down to 10 or 20% of all cops are decent

Cops are a gang lol

A life size full grown adult tattle tale who never takes responsibility their own actions. But theyll tell u ignorance of the law is no excuse but they'll arrest u cuz they feel like it then u have to work it out in court and nothing happens to them for doing their job wrong. "Everybody makes mistakes?" Maybe if those officers had that mindset, there wouldn't be so many court cases.
This is disgusting. We, the people, need to take matters into our own hands. They will keep doing this to us until we give them a reason to fear us.
John Basil Barnhill once said, "Where the people fear the government you have Tyranny. Where the government fears the people you have Liberty."
TITLE 18 > PART I > CHAPTER 13 > Sec. 241.
- Conspiracy against rights
If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same; or
If two or more persons go in disguise on the highway, or on the premises of another, with intent to prevent or hinder his free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege so secured -
They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death
@Joe Mama Joe mama
Lmao, you ever been to Detroit? Whole city is full of people takin matters into their own hands. It's not as glorious as you like to imagine.
Actin like mofos be holdin hands and singing kumbaya if cops were nice.
Y’all mad AF 😂😂😂😂😂😂
All cops involved should have been severely reprimanded or fired!!!!!
5:02 "Insufficient evidence"? Now that's comedy folks.
Yep - the incident was caught on multiple cameras and that is "insufficient"? Meanwhile, citizens are routinely jailed on nothing more that the word (lies) of a cop.
That punch,though,that was pugilism
Homie got right after gettin busted in his chit
Qualified immunity must be repealed. Police must be held accountable for the actions. And if you're fired you shouldn't be able to go to the next police station and be rehired. Police brutality is over board in America. We need change done now!
Whats funny is when its a cop they always say "people make mistakes ,and everyone deserves a second chance" but when its a citizen even the smallest mistake "must be held accountable" two tier justice system???
Not true but it sounds great. We have new progressive DA's and Judges. They love criminals. They love them even more if they look a certain way. Murder suspects released without bail! Armed car jackers released on an ankle monitor!!!!!
Fire them charge everyone of them jail them make them lose everything they own an their family you will see how fast the b.s. will stop
Bodies need to hit the floor since the DA doesn't want to charge the criminal cops.
As a juror, no way I'm I going to put anyone in jail for doing anything to a cop,DA, judge.
If the laws don't apply to gov employees then they don't apply to the rest of America.
Yeah 😂 you're never gonna be selected as a juror then so you have no problem there
There is NO JUSTICE…
“Insufficient evidence” what, what more evidence do you need?
If it's not filmed in 8K with Dolby surround sound and slow motion replays, then it's not sufficient evidence.
All of them that light should be held in contempt of court and should be removed from police duties immediately
🐷s in uniforms. I feel sorry for their immediate families.
🤡 too
"Everyone makes mistakes," the chief says. Yes, chief, some mistakes are much more serious than others.
AND THOSE SUPERIORS ARE BIG PART OF THE PROBLEM.
This is how the police work: if it is a small town they simply move and can still be police officers, and if it is a big city they just move to a different police station in that city and they can keep policing.
That cop shouldn’t make it home one night
Nowhere is America are these officers actions legal or justified. This is going to result in a hefty lawsuit.
But all over the country. This kind of shit happens, and nothing is done about it.
What a joke, criminals with badges.
@@DonnieByrd not to say your wrong, but that’s a very pessimistic broad statement on policing, that’s like saying all over America there’s rape, grand larceny, domestic abuse etc etc yes there are corrupt police and they taint the very nature of policing, but you have so many more officers that sacrifice time, blood and body too keep their respective communities safe and we can’t forget about them because of these *ssholes and as far as east pointe hiring this cop, I can understand why, they are struggling for peace officer everywhere, but it’s good that they brought this to the chief’s attention this cop is lucky that he hasn’t been charged/arrested yet and he’s still working as a cop, I hope he understands how much thin of a leash he’s on.
Organized and untouchable gangs we call "the police" need a complete revamp. Provoking a response from citizens is just what they need. ACCOUNTABILITY!!!

Get put on a shirt 😂
Leave one place and join another with no problems. This is why no lesson is learned. Punch someone for no reason, leave your old job to dodge any punishment and then just join another precinct close by and business as usual.
For a normal person on the street a criminal record makes it really hard to get a job. A cop may have many blemishes on his record, many investigations against him and finding another police job is a walk in the park. Really does show the standard of policing and explain why so many bad cops exist
"Professional courtesy" a criminal with a badge just moves on to the next department.
Females are real tough all of a sudden when you give them a badge.
Equal rights...equal fights.
It's true.
