Enhancing Public Safety in the Interior of the United States (January 25, 2017): This order aimed to increase the enforcement of immigration laws within the United States by directing federal agencies to prioritize the removal of undocumented immigrants who have committed crimes, expanded the categories of individuals subject to removal, and sought to restrict federal funding for sanctuary cities. The Washington law allows squatters to live in another person's property if the actual property owner doesn't take legal actions to force an eviction process. Additionally, squatters can claim full legal ownership of the real estate property through Adverse Possession. You have to google the information.
They use the law to make you prove, with every piece of paperwork you have, that the house is yours. The onus of proof is on you, since possession is 90% of the law. So, the legal hassle, and the cost, is yours to bear.
The landlord is paying a mortgage on a house that has been taken hostage by a squatter who is stealing electricity who is also on disability for who knows what and somehow that squatter still feels entitled. Unreal.
Those houses aren't mortgaged. Long long paid off. However, Landlord isn't smart enough to have the police and the deed there first time? Squatter smarter than the landlord.
Landlords are in England, this is America. You are not lords over here, get it through your head. You say she's stealing but what Indian chief are you paying taxes to? You are the one who is unreal.

No, she probably is paying the people who are sharing the power with her. You really think they wouldn't notice her stealing power and ju add t let it go like that? That doesn't happen in the hood, if someone hooks up into someone elses power line, it's because their is some type of deal going on between both of them.
He was a reporter in Detroit for years. He was ballsy and hilarious and got shit done. Look for his report about Detroit’s firefighters and response times. Great stuff. He wrote a great book, too 👍🏻
He may be comical, but at least he got the job of removing the illegal squatters done. That's far better than the cops did when the legal owner called for help!
I love the irony. Trumpers would cum in their pants over him saying "the system is broken" more or less and basically admitting that he profits from it, avoids taxes, engages in all kinds of shady and barely legal shit. So the takeaway is that if you get stupid rich from your crimes, you can brag about it, but if you barely subsist off your crimes, a newsman will show up to make fun of you, and you'll actually get arrested.
Stealing electricity would be theft of utilities and services. Then if they hooked it up poorly it can potentially endanger her, the real home owner and possibly the neighbors. The hazards are perfectly clear in every way, risk of electrocution with a high probability of death or substandard wiring ANYWHERE posing a fire hazard. Those are 100% perfectly good cause to call a building inspector and maybe even the Fire Marshal. Since it is criminal in nature you are 100% clear to try to catch the squatter saying it on tape or other recording medium saying they either did it on their own or hired someone. That is presumably someone who is not licensed for such work anymore due to inspectors revoking or suspending their license for past shoddy (and dangerous) work. Normally in most cases you need consent to get a recording but NOT if there is a belief that a crime is committed or would be committed.
Mambutu O'Malley We have a problem... The bible calls it sloth, working class calls it lazyness... there are people here who cheat the system, and use, cheat, and manipulate it to get free money... long story short, lazy people are the squatters...

What the perps are counting on is prosecution amd enforcement costs exceeding the revenue and resources of the community. By just developing innovative, better policies, practices, personnel training, etc. to meet these extraordinary challenge of supersquatter/occupiers that probably CAN be so much better solved AND AVOIDED, etc. Do that now instead of ANYTHING else suggested yet. That is, make the easiest, safest, surest, best way to shelter or any goods or services is the legal and right way ONLY or else you will lose much, much more than you had or could have before you even started thinking criminal in ANY way, shape or form - is the idea behind the law(s) and government only.

I have an idea.. Someone should build an app for a phone that homeowners register on. Then, using the app allows you see which homes are currently occupied by squatters. The owner that had the house put on the app also registers using proof of ownership. The owner pays a fee that depends on the amount of individuals requested for a squatting on squatters sleep deprivation experience. ( If it's legal to squat it's legal to squat on squatters) Remember me if you build it.

During his presidency, Donald Trump made several significant signatures in terms of policy and executive actions. Here are some of the notable ones:
Enforcing Federal Law with Respect to Transnational Criminal Organizations and Preventing International Trafficking (February 9, 2017): This executive order aimed to enhance the enforcement of federal laws against transnational criminal organizations, including those involved in human trafficking, and preventing international trafficking networks.
Minimizing the Economic Burden of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (January 20, 2017): This executive order sought to provide regulatory relief to states, individuals, healthcare providers, and insurers by directing executive departments and agencies to minimize the economic burden of the Affordable Care Act, pending its eventual repeal.
Expediting Environmental Reviews and Approvals for High-Priority Infrastructure Projects (January 24, 2017): This order aimed to expedite the environmental review and approval process for infrastructure projects, with a focus on those deemed high-priority, such as transportation, water resources, and energy projects.
Border Security and Immigration Enforcement Improvements (January 25, 2017): This executive order aimed to enhance border security and immigration enforcement by directing the construction of a physical wall along the U.S.-Mexico border, increasing resources for immigration enforcement agencies, and prioritizing the removal of undocumented immigrants who pose a threat to public safety.
Ethics Commitments by Executive Branch Appointees (January 28, 2017): This order imposed ethics commitments and restrictions on executive branch appointees, including a five-year ban on lobbying and a lifetime ban on lobbying for foreign governments.
Reducing Regulation and Controlling Regulatory Costs (January 30, 2017): This executive order aimed to control the costs associated with federal regulations by directing federal agencies to identify two regulations for repeal for every new regulation proposed. It also set an annual cap on the incremental cost of new regulations.
Core Principles for Regulating the United States Financial System (February 3, 2017): This order established a set of core principles for regulating the U.S. financial system, with the goal of promoting economic growth, protecting consumers, and preventing taxpayer-funded bailouts.
Task Force on Crime Reduction and Public Safety (February 9, 2017): This order directed the Attorney General to establish a task force focused on reducing crime, combating illegal immigration, and improving public safety.
Preventing Violence Against Federal, State, Tribal, and Local Law Enforcement Officers (February 9, 2017): This executive order aimed to provide enhanced protection and support for law enforcement officers by directing the federal government to coordinate efforts to prevent violence against them and prosecute those who commit such acts.

That made me lolllll
