It's hilarious they have this guy on like he's an expert at sniffing out undercover cops but he went to jail because he got caught by undercover cops.
Good point. Lmao
He also picked the most obvious cop as undercover cop ... lol . point of an undercover cop is not to look like a cop in the first place >-
It’s Called experience you live n learn
na it just means he has more experience with undercover cops than the average person.

Seeing that he had a 90% accuracy rate of finding an undercover that’s pretty scary no wonder how many kingpins and drug lords are able to get away for a long time
90% accuracy? He sorted out 3/5 correctly, making it 60%
@@Kugelschrei He is actually at 0%. He was in a situation where he did not have to wonder if there was a cop somewhere he flat out knew there was a cop and it was definitely one of 5 people and failed to figure out which it was. Being runner up still gets you busted.
This is his 1st episode? I thought he did other episodes
Where are you getting 90%? He got it wrong. I don't know where y'all are getting these numbers. Does he have other videos?

Amazing interaction with the fireman veteran, VERY good example of how you can disarm, or simply warm up a man a little bit by getting him to talk about something they like.

The cop's reaction at 8:08 exposed him for me. I had previously ruled him out because of his nervousness, but that reaction changed my mind.
very good catch
I noticed at 1:10 with the cop nods in agreement to the donut joke haha. He related too much to that one.
Exactly the moment I knew it was him to when the guy was talking about the difference between cops and firefighters his reaction gave it away completely
1:10 4:20 8:08 but all this have in common one thing our man doin the questioning didn't see that or heard that
I knew it was the cop from the onset.
Only a cop would know about body language enough, to form a fit of nervousness. By rubbing his palms together, when he should've been acting tough.
His story was also actually a story. He told it like a story. He didn't talk about it like it was his history. Something he had lived through.
He knew the precinct number. Had pretty white teeth. Great dental service. And then, he was the only one actively reacting to the fireman's cop/fireman narrative.
Dude could literally relate.
There were too many giveaways. The guy should've gotten it right.
Yep from the get go, if you go back pause it upon their presentation to the individual. Only one looking around at the others with a 'this is wild huh guys' smile.
The rest were solely focused on the individual they were going to fool. As their minds were focused on fooling the individual and thus reading him.
Awesome
EDIT: He probably would have loved his over the shoulder adjacent position and watching the other folk sell their stories. He's gigglin, lovin it.
Then when he's almost picked he swallows
Civil service dental and vision insurance are both actually crap.
Mmhmmm
Bro was licking his lips like they were glazed with chocolate frosting. Like he was so obviously lying that I thought he was trying to reverse psychology. Kinda shocking how bad he was at lying. Guess the kingpin thought the same thing, just w the guy he chose. But then again, not much to expect from an American cop lol
Is a guy that was taken down by undercover cops a good person to find the undercover cop?
Good point! But to be fair, he was very close 😂😂😂
that makes for experience
Lol
If he was that successful, that probably meant his business went on for a long time so I'd say he would be very experiened
lmaoo ikr exactly what i was thinking
I knew who it was because when the firefighter said what he said about the difference between firefighters and cops, he was the only person who reacted and he looked so insulted 😂😂😂😂😂 Love the firefighter 😍
Had to go back and rewatch that part. You right about it 😂😂
I peeped that too 😂
Hahahaha rewatched and yes there’s a reaction
Yep. I thought it was either him or the lady. They both stood at parade rest. Only cops, vets, and old Asian uncles walking around the store do that. But then she said she was a blackjack dealer and I realized they do it too. Him feeling insulted def gave it away too
Lmaoooo damn you got a good eye! Boy was biting the hell out of his tongue lmao
Thank you Coss for learning what bad decisions lead to and for giving ex convicts a place where they can have a positive impact on life and treating them as human beings. Everyone makes mistakes but not everyone can learn from them.
I'm just proud of my man with his history and dealing with the system and still making a name for himself and managing to get onto a channel with 20 mill subs and doing great working to help other people establish a life after prison. Cheers!

Guessed it. His story was so smooth, too perfect. Easy going, likable and normal. Everyone else stumbled on the answers except the fireman who almost WANTED to be named the cop.
And his the only one out of everyone who looks at everyone's movements. Most of them are just focused on the task at hand him nah he has to scan the room and people.
I knew as soon as he said he worked for a limo service lmao. It was just to clean the way he came off. Also he seemed very comfortable while giving off a semi nervous vibe.

What gave Mark away to me was that he had a sly look in his eyes and he was the most gregarious. The other four looked too sincere and not nearly as social. And you need to be both deceptive and social to work undercover.
Great job buzzfeed for not spoiling the undercover to us too soon in the vid, making it more exciting to watch and think for ourselves

I read everything I could get my hands on about body language when I was young, and watched heaps of videos as I got older. I was a manager of a menswear store for 15 years so I got to practice this stuff.... and you were using a lot of the same techniques (and asking questions is a big part of it. Like asking a question that you know they will lie about.... small stuff like you ask the car they have then you say "is it the best car ever made". They will obviously say yes, jokingly or not, but they are lying and their answer will give you a "tell". Poker players do this a lot). This adds to body language as they speak and move. It looked like you were using all those "skills". Well done to you. Just my observation though, and I could be wrong, but I'd like to know if you would tell me.... cheers mate.
fun video idea and cool of that dude to come up with a business idea that takes people who society usually views as valueless and showing they can add value to society once again. its a beautiful thing!
The reaction he had when the fireman said the difference between fireman and police was a huge giveaway. Between that reaction, his obvious nerves, the dental comment, and his vague response to what he did before, he did give himself away. The other potential was the girl but that’s because she gives off a military vibe.
yesssss. I noticed the same thing
The girl had me leaning towards her because she had perfect form for her pushup. Thats not normal unless youre trained.
Even the way she was standing on the beginning with her arm in the back I thought she’s cop
EXACTLY! THOUGHT THE SAME THING ABOUT BOTH!
Yep. That girl did give off suspicion for me, but I was thinking it could be just as much Military. Then you see how she's dressed, the boots, the form on the push ups, and her overall body language, it screams far more Military than cop for sure.
Regardless of how “great” or “bad” you are at picking out the under covers it’s great to see your building a good life for yourself!

I knew it! he was way too nice and approachable, non threathening, great to blend in
I knew he was a cop just based off his stance. He had his hands behind his back the whole time. Everybody else was standing the exact same way with their hands in front of them.
He also had them by his side near his waste. When you have a lot of training it becomes a habit especially for conceal carry. You want your hand to be near your weapon.
I realized who was the cop because when you are the protagonist, you always want to pay attention to everything, and Mark was the only one listening to all of them and looking in all directions the whole time, he seems to be the only one actually enjoying the role playing

I called it right. The firefighter said some things that actually evoked a genuinely offended reaction at 8:12. The ex-drug lord might have caught this if the cop had been within his field of vision at the time. Arguably though, that cop would have managed his reactions better if he had been within the field of vision.

I just want to express my gratitude to the fireman who worked 9/11. Those men were subjected to horrors unimaginable, and were left with lasting health issues that the government did absolutely nothing to help them with. Livelihoods were lost due to medical bills all because they cleaned up a literal terror attack, working around the clock, on regular job salary! The way these heroes were treated is a great shame of the American Government.
I have so much to say but no energy to write it. But I agree. Just disgusting
They do war veterans the same way.. Those guys should never be homeless.. and they should have the best of medical care, especially mental health.
Literal terror attack? You mean a controlled demolition
They eye contact he keeps on you to see if you’ll break is crazy!
"Do you mind?" 🤣🤣
He looks like a detective from catch me if you can. I thought that this is just a movie look lol. I thought it was the guy besides him, cuz he was so calm and looked devote waiting for his interview, waiting for commands.
Actually the fireman gave the cop away, when he told the difference between cops and fireman, the limousines guy released a whole bunch of pressure with discomfort, in a clear dislike of his sayings. Also the cop was ready to drop the company name so fast without being asked, it looked like a prepared story to me. He was the most nervous, the one that was open mouth laughing all time in a clear attempt to look calmed and chill, also watched all the environment and the other persons like really really many times. That's a guy who likes to be in control of situation development. The fireman was the most transparent and lovely guy of all. A man you can trust. I think the girl is a cop anyway. BUT THE COP WAS NEVER REALLY UNDERCOVER COP. AN UNDERCOVER COP IS AN ACTOR ON TOP OF SMARTNESS. This cop was more like a regular police man I think, the one that gets immediatelly discovered and killed
Honestly you could say a lot of things about the rest too. Its easy to pick random things about someone when you already know the answer.

@@tragile9108 I thaught when I saw a women ( black jack dealer ) knock out 3 Man push-ups .... that she had to be in the army or just a regular police officer ( not a undercover )
There's actually a pretty low chance that organised criminals will kill an undercover cop after finding out they're an undercover cop.
They typically try to avoid killing police and journalists because that turns a sentence like this guy's six years into life.
The primary risk from discovery is losing the case entirely.
I knew it was him from the start. If you look at their expressions in the beginning, he was scanning the room and grinning - and everyone else was subdued and looking down.

The undercover gave himself away when he reacted to the fireman talking how cops are counting down vs fd saying how long they've been in
I knew it was him just because of the way he reacted to what the fireman was saying about cops.
YES!!!!
I could tell right away. First, owning a limo company felt like a good job for a retired cop. They spend a lot of time driving while on the beat, and they got the hookup on cars in great condition for super cheap from the city impound auction. Next, when questioned about his job history, he gave the appearance of answering, without actually answering directly and fully, which showed that he was hiding something. Lastly, the way he phrased his answer regarding cops having the best dental care as "is it?" instead of "do they?" implies personal ownership, acknowledging that he has the police dental care program.
Great analysis
