- Authorities say aggressive teenagers threatened Ohio police officers during a gun bust arrest on July 30. The Akron Police Department said a 17-year-old was arrested after officers stopped a vehicle with five teenagers and five loaded guns inside. Bystanders apparently harassed the officers as they were conducting the arrest.

On one side, they were raised to think that all their problems stem from someone else and there is no accountability. Everything that goes wrong in their lives is always someone else’s fault. And on the other side (my mom’s side) we were raised with the belief that you are in control of your own outcomes no matter how bad things get. And believe me, the differences show in how far each of us has made it in life.

No... 2 officers lost their cool and started to "Rival" the crowed... that is a BAD move that makes the situation worse. It's the responsibility of officers to DEFUSE a situation... not make it worse. Infact an officer that makes a situation worse, gets angry and shows it via inappropriate behaviour (Including unnecessary words or conversation)... is a dangerous officer that should be removed from service ASAP regardless of having a good history.

It's gotten me fuxked up and it almost got me locked up but if people know you're trying to keep them straight then they'll make sure you don't catch a charge. I'm a teacher at a middle school and some of the students do the same thing we are watching in this video to substitutes and weak teachers. It is so sad that in all this chaos, the kids think they are right. They are proud of this behavior and will brag about.

Cops need to ask the group “who’s the alpha male?” Then proceed to ask the one who steps up first to take the crowd back. This will either work or make them argue amongst themselves and forget about why the cops are there.
The girl getting detained knew she did nothing wrong, listened to the officer, cooperated with him, stayed extremely calm, got let go. She needs to teach others. It doesn't help that many schools TEACH kids to be like this. I work for my local school district and I have seen it with my own eyes and heard it with my own ears. Then the fact that these kids are not disciplined nowadays doesn't help any.
Those 2 young ladies are perfect examples of how to interact with law enforcement.
The 3 of them the 2 girls that were in cuffs were respectful along with the sister of the one girl

We don't have too much context in the video about why the car was searched. The one officer said something but it was likely he had no idea why either. Regardless of whether the search was legal, they were there to argue with cops because they hate and distrust them

If any of my children behaved this way as teenagers, I believe 100% that I failed as a parent, and most importantly, I failed as a mother.
As an 18-year-old female I couldn’t even imagine having friends that act this… it’s just honestly so embarrassing and seeing all these comments about how their parents should be held responsible is exactly true like I can’t imagine having my kid out there acting like this… Especially towards a police officer.

How can anyone expect respect when they act like this. Sad. The media hypes everything up and tries to make these kids think this is acceptable behavior. My parents would have come right down in front of all of them and snatched me up so fast and I would have been in sooo much trouble for being that disrespectful to any adult, let alone a police officer.

I agree with you. That was very well stated. What sad is it's not just the kids, it's also the parents. That is just my observation being a little bit older. The parents appear to get away with that type of behavior. Their kids see it and think they can act the same way and get away with it. So it's not one generation it's two generations. This also could be any kids anywhere in the United States. It appears there is no upbringing or sadly any family structure. These kids could choose to grow up to be anything that they want to be in this life. Someone should tell them that
