If the mother gave her daughter a bag with a gun in it she should be charged with felony murder.
Charged with murder and contributing to the delinquency of a child or minor.
Her trial is April 29. Isaac was charged with manslaughter, culpable negligence, child neglect, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and aggravated assault with a firearm. No word on the daughter since she’s a minor.

I doubt it. At most she'll go to juvie for a few years, but I think she'll just be required to do therapy. When she turns 18 her criminal record will be expunged and it'll be like it never happened (for her).

The child is 10 years old, you have to ask yourself how many times has that child seen her mother with that gun? How did the child know gun was in the bag? And why would the mother hand her bag to her 10 year old child knowing that there's a gun in it? This mother should go to prison and never see her child again. And the witnesses saying that the child use the gun with one hand... You also have to ask was the mother in possession of that gun legally? This mother has literally ruined her 10 year old daughter's life.

Wow. The mother handed her 10-year-old the gun, and then she killed the woman? That sounds like they had talked about doing that before. I think the mother should go to jail for murder. I also think the little girl needs to be evaluated by a professional to make sure she's not a danger and she needs to be living in a home or institution that does not have any guns and possibly not even any knives or anything that could be used as a deadly weapon.

The police seemed to handle this very chaotic scene well. Seems to me everyone was glad the police were there, other than the mother and her daughter.

I think the mother very deliberately gave her daughter the bag with the gun knowing what would happen once the fight started. I don’t think she instructed her to shoot (in advance), but it was a more subtle manipulation. She’s utterly toxic as a person and seems very capable of hoping her daughter would shoot and handle her problem for her (thinking she likely wouldn’t be charged bc of her age)

If she were smart, as soon as she knew who/what, she would have gone a few miles away and created a scene to get herself arrested. Then she would have access in gen pop, but most likely holding during booking. Booking at the same time almost guarantees they'll be in holding together, which is isolated.
Coulda played that smarter, if you really wanted to go that route.

SHe made this choice and now has to live with it...If she had died from being beat up then no one would care at all...But she did live to tell the tale...albeit in jail!
