@@aleskk_ That's not true. Have you ever got your cars towed? It's a pain in the butt. You have to waste hours and have to pay hundreds in fees. Most people would react the same way. This is why you see so many people react so violently when their cars are repossessed. Try to have some empathy.
What kind of boyfriend would tell his girlfriend to do something that would almost certainly get her arrested? Dude did not give a shit about what happens to her, he was just worried about his car and his wallet
Yeah, I don't know the details, but I wonder if the girl is kind of a victim here. She knows that the boyfriend is a hothead, and he's probably intimidated and coerced her before. Knowing that he would have been furious when he got home and she hadn't "intervened", she may have felt compelled to act in a way that wasn't in her best interest. Either way, she needs to dump those losers. A real boyfriend, a real man, would have said: "Oh man, honey, I'm so sorry. Just let them do what they need to. I'll pick up my buddy on lunch break and we'll go down to the tow lot and get it straightened out."
@@pmattoon Makes more in a month than the cop makes in 30 years. I would think the fees from this would be nothing to a guy who makes a few million a month like him.

Man it's frustrating listening to these people. "Why is my car being towed?" "Because it's illegally parked." "But why is my car being towed?" "Because it's illegally parked." "Why is no one answering my questions?"
The cop is a power hungry POS. She's asking why is it illegally parked. Yes, she did a terrible job of expressing it, but the cop is a public servant. His job is to effectively communicate to those with whom he is interacting. He chose to be a dck and just keep repeating the same answer.
What are you talking about?... Her getting arrested because the cop couldn't wait 5 minutes is why he is so pissed off. You would be pissed too... It's not uncommon for people to have a couple cars parked exactly like that in front of their house.
@@SeventhSonofASeventhSon77cop waited 30 minutes and no one came out. That’s more than enough time also he didn’t even bother asking why she was arrested he was so fueled with anger about his dumb ass cars he didn’t even care what happened to her
The back story here is, the parking situation was an ongoing problem long before the cops were involved. Which, I assume led to this guy treating his neighbors poorly, when confronted about it, because that's who he appears to be. The girlfriend did well handling the situation, and should be shopping for someone else because you can't fix this guy or anyone else for that matter. I'm real confident the cops "know who they're dealing with". They're dealing with an individual that, treats people poorly to get what they want, thinks they're above the law, and those are the people they want to deal with the most...
@@theretrouniversehe made what I would consider one feeble attempt at gaining attention from an occupant inside of a large house. There's a good chance she doesn't hear that if she's in the backyard or sleeping... And he waited 30 minutes, for a tow truck, not for her to come out... As I recall she came out to the realization that the cars were getting towed, rather than to a successful notification attempt. And if you watch the video close enough, she tells him over the phone that she is getting arrested and why she is getting arrested, so he already knew what was happening before he arrived. As I said before, a parking ticket is the first step in this process, and would likely have sufficed in the long run, while simultaneously avoiding ill will between police and the citizenry, which is something that can have a tendency to fester into something greater than it ever needs to be. If your property was getting seized in defiance of the fourth amendment and your girlfriend had been treated so badly over it I don't think you would be so supportive.
@@therocket280z7 respectfully, the backstory for this type of response should be; "parking tickets issued, not paid, vehicle owners continue to illegally park, so cars were towed."... I have trouble believing that she handles things like that if the police follow this process first step to last step, in order... They shouldn't be skipping right over the first step and onto the last step like that simply because the right person complained to the right people. I feel like that is what caused the outcome as it unfolded.

What a ridiculous situation. Normally I’m pro law enforcement but that’s a quiet ass road in front of someone’s house. As a service technician I am constantly doing this. No choice. This cop is just a jerk. The people are too but he brought all this on.
Isn't that just the cop being a dickhead? The girl comes out, says "oh yeah sorry I was in the shower, yeah yeah these cars are ours. I can call the owner and they can be here in 5 minutes!" The cops not steering the situation towards that resolution is appalling. This is the cop's fault. Even the tower knew that just isn't cool, they're saying they'll be in in less than 5 minutes, can we not just wait a little bit? And the cop goes "no, no, hurry, quickly, get it out of here!!" Coppers truly want to be a nuisance.
Not really. They are limiting the traffic on that road. They could be hit at night or in a rainstorm (and it looks like Florida......they tend to have those). Neighbors complained......it was a violation.....it was enforced. Don't blame the cops for the it.....blame the people who made it a violation if you disagree. Officers enforce a TON of shit they disagree with.....but a lot of times they dont have a choice. They did in this instance......but the girl sat in the house for half an hour and didn't come to the door. There is a good chance that the officer would have worked with her, but after she sat in there and ignored him (almost certainly at her boyfriends request......we both know that she called him when she heard the knocking), so he wasn't inclined to do her any favors for wasting his time. @@futurez12 Doesn't matter. She deserves better. Either way, if I had her as my GF, she wouldn't have to worry about trying to protect my vehicle from being towed. Even if my vehicle was at risk of it, I wouldn't ask her to risk arrest to prevent it. Maybe ask them if they could give me a few minutes to get there, or if she could be allowed to move it. But definitely not trying to get in the way. "you have to question why the cops were so adamant about towing those cars" We know that ONE of them isn't registered, and she admits she does not, so as far as the cop knows, it's an abandoned vehicle, despite the idiot girl's continued lies.
Why was it odd? Those irresponsible gangster wannabes let their cars in a suspicious situation, one of them untagged. What was supposed to do the police officer? Look the other way? Law abiding citizens usually respect the laws and do not seek for trouble anyhow. Criminals and repetitive offenders let their tails open season mostly. What if the cars contained drugs, weapons or even a body? It was right for the officer to search about. The officer was out of control and abusing his authority. He was threatening to go onto private property to tow additional vehicles. The girlfriend was not helping matters, but the officer continuously escalated the situation. The officer stated the vehicle being towed was unregistered, however, the car was registered. It was not a stolen vehicle. Notice that once other officers arrived, he no longer sought to tow the other vehicles? Could the officer and the towing company be working together?

The girlfriend did well handling the situation, and should be shopping for someone else because you can't fix this guy or anyone else for that matter.

As I said before, a parking ticket is the first step in this process, and would likely have sufficed in the long run, while simultaneously avoiding ill will between police and the citizenry, which is something that can have a tendency to fester into something greater than it ever needs to be.

The no brainer girl could have made her twat of a boyfriend a solid if she had immediately answered the door, but she (most likely commanded by that moron) exhausted the officer's patience, put him to the test, and he was right to go Old Testament onto them. Serve them a lesson to obey the authorities.
The officer was out of control and abusing his authority. He was threatening to go onto private property to tow additional vehicles. The girlfriend was not helping matters, but the officer continuously escalated the situation. The officer stated the vehicle being towed was unregistered, however, the car was registered. the bmw was TAGLESS an not registered to the so-called owner and to be on a public roadway a vehicle has to have tags then the other car was 3\4 in the road way in the wrong direction cause to park a car on the road it has to be facing the way the traffic flows so the cop had every right to have em towed and didn't have to knock to to give them a chance to move them
