  • Bodycam footage shows the moments surrounding a heated confrontation between a New York Supreme Court justice and his neighbors. Judge Mark Grisanti’s expletive-filled fight with his neighbors kicked off after one of them parked their car in front of his house. When police arrived, they arrested his wife and he attempted to intervene by shoving the arresting officer. Law&Crime’s Sierra Gillespie breaks down what happened next.

I think the issue was that it was big and close to his driveway that it makes it difficult to see traffic coming from the right side when he's trying to pull out into the street. Though not illegal parking per se, it would be a pain in the butt for them when they exit their driveway. Again, not blocking, not illegal.

There no reason to park in front of someone's house if there is room in front of your own, it's common courtesy to your neighbors.
