I'm trying to understand that too. When the officer was there she didn't want her to have a visit even supervised at her house. So why let her come to the door and visit. Especially while holding your newborn? Doesn't seem like a controlled setting. This poor child. May she rest in peace.

Supervised visitation happens at a set time on a set day at a set location with many safeguards and such in place. Not a visit out on the front lawn.
I don't think she expected her to go to that extreme...otherwise she would have never let her see her at all. She was probably coerced by her to see her and she was attending her own newborn at the same time as well which is a lot of stress in itself. I don't think she is just as guilty at all.

There are procedures for supervised visits by a visitation supervisor employed by the court. Although, idk what the exact orders of supervision was in this case… that is usually how it goes.but just the same could have happened with a court mandated visitation with supervisor. They are not law enforcement or armed in any way
I know the story from quite awhile back. The mother pretended to leave, but once police left, she circled back. The woman (aunt?) felt sorry for her so allowed her to visit the daughter. Then when her back was turned, mom snatched daughter up, put her in vehicle and raced off.

Supervised visitation happens at a set time on a set day at a set location with many safeguards and such in place. Not a visit out on the front lawn.

There are procedures for supervised visits by a visitation supervisor employed by the court. Although, idk what the exact orders of supervision was in this case… that is usually how it goes.but just the same could have happened with a court mandated visitation with supervisor. They are not law enforcement or armed in any way

Above someone reported the sister stayed in the neighbourhood after cop left, and cane knocking again. Sister did her own supervised visit, but busy with her newborn, the mother grabbed Vanity and ran off. So sister was fed up, and mom wanted to control that child.

Yeah I don't understand why she called the cops to begin with if she was just going to allow the visitation. The moment she saw it was her sister, she should have closed the door and follow the cop's instructions to call them if she came back.
She needs to do time in prison, stop all this mentally illness excuses for these people.
