- The mother of 2-year-old Trinity Kyles returned from work to find her baby girl unresponsive and her boyfriend, who was tasked with babysitting the child, playing video games. First responders rushed to their hotel room and tried to save Trinity, but it was too late. Trinity's babysitter, Mallik Kyhree Kennedy, told her mother that he gave her melatonin to help her sleep. If he was texting her about his frustrations, she should have gone right home, and taken that time to find a new day care or sitter. How many clues does she want, that the man in her life does not want a child around, and absolutely does to want to take care of her!!!
@@kenn1936; the child's mother admitted that her daughter was not disciplined and she allowed her to do as she pleased. This young man is not a parent and is not accustomed to taking care of young children. He was overwhelmed and lost his temper.

I agree. Althought a mother and father are equally responsible for a child's care, most of the time it is left to us mothers. It's so important to put a baby's well-being before the very natural desire to seek a new relationship. That beautiful little girl had no business sharing a bed with a strange man. My heart breaks for Trinity and Rosie.

My mom stayed “single” until her kids were out of the house. She had a significant other of 10 years and I never saw him in our home. I respect her so much for that.

This is so heartbreaking. I’ve been in long term relationships with two single mothers of small children including one that became my wife and the mother of my children. I cannot imagine ever treating any child in an abusive way. Guys if you choose to be with a single mother then you absolutely need to step the f**k up and be an actual man. A real man would not, ever hurt someone that is weaker than him or defenseless.

They were never babysat by a male , never. I'm a grandmother now and my daughter treats her kids the way I raised her. It's nice to see her now being a mom and using the skills that I had taught her. The mother for leaving her baby with some random guy she met who already expressed frustration with the baby; the dude for killing her, and even the police for leaving that poor mother in the cop car for 90 minutes with no information. I can't even begin to imagine her anguish. What a sad situation all the way around.

This happened to my grandson when my daughter left her two year old with new boyfriend. He was bruised all over his back from him trying to get him to breath after he left him in overflowing tub. My daughter made excuses for him. This man was violent and later went to jail. My grandson was lucky to survive. Please mothers don’t leave your babies with men who are not emotionally equipped to handle children. My prayers go out to this family for their tragic loss.

Yeah, I knew a daycare worker that used to make the babies cry and when I looked closer, she was pinching the babies so they could go to sleep.
Some of the babies were so terrified of her that they just went to sleep before getting pinched.

Hearing this story makes me glad i was lucky and fortunate enough to have my grandma babysit me when i was a child instead of my mom having to have some random stranger or daycare to watch me. And that's why i will forever be thankful and grateful to my grandma.
I have 4 grandsons. I worked 16 hours last night. I slept three hours and am watching my grandkids right now. One just turned two. We never leave the kids in our family with anybody BUT family. I know not everyone is lucky like that. But you just can’t. Especially when they can’t talk yet. I don’t trust anybody. Especially immature men.

They didn’t even cover just how bad things got… I just read the details of his sentence and what came out in court about what Kennedy really did to Trinity the day of her murder. It was beyond shocking - I don’t even think RUclips would let me write about it so you’d have to learn yourself if you want to.

Her parenting style is every predators dream. Shes naive, goes to work to keep a roof over their head while he stays at home with her children. They really need to mandate classes that educate women about men like this because women like her make it too easy to prey on. Letting a new boyfriend sleep in the same bed as you and your daughter is bizarre. But then again her whole reaction to her daughter being unconscious was bizarre. She really had no worries until the end and at first I thought she’s lucky, but then I realized I’m lucky that I have my intuition and common sense
Unfortunately she had to learn the hard way. Idk where he family was or the father but this was a completely avoidable tragedy. I really do hope this situation made her grow up and take life more seriously, especially if she ever decides to birth children again.

I had a relationship who was a dog trainer and she told me my son was spoiled and I should hold him up against the wall like they do dogs to discipline them. This was like 1am in the morning in the winter. We had a big argument and I told her she had to go home and don't come back. This was 31 years ago, I never saw her again. When people show you who they'll believe it. NO SECOND CHANCES.

I know she’s a young mother, but you never leave a man that you don’t know with your child… I had a relationship with a man I knew for many years and I left my children with him to babysit one time I came home and my son was in the corner and he had been there for three hours according to my older daughter I went to ask him what he did wrong to be punished and he turned around and he had wet himself. He had been in the corner so long because the man would not let him use the bathroom, so immediately I went out there and I threw him out of my house. I was so angry. I thought took a chair to his head. I told him don’t ever come back. I never want you again and I never wanna see you again. The abuse was unbelievable.

I have a partner I’ve been with for a year and even though he and my daughter get along well I will never leave them together. Im a single dad I got full custody of my son when he was 8 months old. First baby I ever held. I worked full time. Luckily I had family to help watch him. But I never let him stay with anybody I didn’t know

Babies never lie ('out of the mouths of babes'), they only know the truth. Sadly, her mother did't protect her either, & her actions on the phone & when the police arrived will never convice me that she doesn't know much more.

They have inconsistent dosing, which means one gummy could have significantly more in it than another one in the very same bottle. Kids are dying from overdoses for this reason. They should not be given to children. I can't believe people are still unaware of this as it has been an issue that's been reported on for awhile now.

Edit: I'm not saying that she didn't benefit from the free childcare, but was it really free? Did she pay the bills? What job did he have and how much did he contribute...my thoughts are if I'm the dude in the relationship and my girl has a kid and doesn't have childcare I'm going to be the main provider and let her stay home with the baby...even of it means having a second job. The fact that he was comfortable in a babysitter role instead of a provider role and couldn't even do that is telling. But I agree she rushed into that relationship, and she should have prioritized her baby, but in her defense, she was young and too trusting.
