Idea for wall with the window. You could take photos of the wall of rock and dirt, then use the images to vinyl wrap that whole wall. That way, you can see the original rock wall and still concrete it up for maximum structural integrity.
Yes but then you have to think about lighting to see it, and if there are any gaps between the epoxy and the concrete, then moisture could get in. If you finish digging out for the final wall, then take perpendicular photos of the wall and print on vinyl. Then you have the wall steelled and concreted like the others, but vinyl wrapped with the images of the wall. Full structural integrity and easier to see the rocks and dirt behind the wall. Kind of like a wall papered feature wall in a house. And you can hang things off the wall if desired.

In the states in basements or underground garages theirs a corner or box that’s even lower where the lift is just in case or flood or fluid spills or power washing draining or a bathroom I would run a water line to wash hands in the garage for light maintenance on the car. This drain box has a pump that can handle oils an grease and heavy pumps for sewage, Just an idea for future prep now a water line electrical conduit line and a sewer line into a corner of the bunker also ventilation ductwork? . . . Over thinkin it . . .
This could be the norm on a new house build. A little bit of underground space for a guest room, games room etc. doesn’t affect the footprint of the house, doesn’t block anyone’s light etc. it’s a win-win.
@richardharrold9736yes but these people are talking about a new house build with a part of the house being in a different part then the actual house let’s say the basement has a secret door connecting to this room outside of the original “house” but still on your property

@@colinfurze Take a high resolution picture of the end rock face. Finish the u/g garage, paint the end wall white and project picture onto it! Simples! 😷
You should be so bloody proud of yourself Mr Furze, and your 'team' of grafters, outstanding work and maximum effort... it's gonna be the. best. garage. ever!👍🏼
I love how when this project started it was JUST Colin and now that its been going on so long Wifey is helping as well
Nice to see you supporting your house foundations with new concrete. That'll make it easier to dig out under your house next ;-)
Hopefully he goes that crazy someday, but he said while he was working on the original tunnel that he also wanted to connect the whole system to the bunker. That should be child's play after this monster undertaking.
How deep can he dig underneath the house
huh , whats there to dig , the house already has a basement ? , the wall already says that?
Arguably one of my favorite projects I ever watched on RUclips. Colin you rock!
The SCALE of this project blows my mind Colin!
You’ve really stepped it up Colin, I remember watching the original tunnel videos years ago, and this is just crazy. It’s great though and your views seem to have gone up, I hope you’re making good money from this because you are one of the hardest working RUclipsrs in existence.
Freddy is speaking Maltese 🇲🇹, it's always great seeing our language on an amazing RUclips channel. Colin keep up the amazing work !!
What's he saying?
@@Erik_Watkins Fucking Hell. Look at the fucking size of this hole. You're a fucking mad man. My Maltese is a bit rusty (I've heard Mass in Maltese once) but I think that's about the size of it.
@@Erik_Watkins he doesnt have time to see someone today, he will see them tomorrow.
Maltese ...like the country ?
@@ClausWeiergang Yes. The smallish island in the Mediterranean.
Wow, amazing. So much work, so much effort, so much slow mo. You edit the videos to be so fun and jovial, but a huge project like this has a lot of hard work and frustration behind it. Amazing.
Always dig the music, Colin! Whenever you put out a video I always watch it on the home theater with the good sound.
I've never checked for update videos more often. Such an interesting project.
Love seeing your wife becoming more and more involved in your mad projects!
its so cool to see your wife is not only supportive but helping with the project :)
I've seen most of this on the second channel of course but still a great watch !
Colin working on your storytelling and I must say its excellent! You really do deserve millions of views!
This video has a whole new vibe to it. Happy to see you met them head-on. The demon challenges I mean. That last little dance walk said it all. Your wife handling that RSJ is mighty impressive. And your boy's little dance at the beginning. Remember the very good thing you got going here. And to top it off, you are entertaining me. Dankie
This is bloody incredible Furze! You should have a museum with all your creations out on display!
10:14 Please never change😂😂 Not over produced video's like this is what makes it human and fun to watch!
In the states in basements or underground garages theirs a corner or box that’s even lower where the lift is just in case or flood or fluid spills or power washing draining or a bathroom
I would run a water line to wash hands in the garage for light maintenance on the car.
This drain box has a pump that can handle oils an grease and heavy pumps for sewage,
Just an idea for future prep now a water line electrical conduit line and a sewer line into a corner of the bunker also ventilation ductwork? . . . Over thinkin it . . .
I think he talked about having a sump well (which is what that feature is called) in the first video with the scale model.
*there's
From New Orleans, Louisiana (USA). This is my favorite channel on all of RUclips!
Waited so long for this. Love it. Great to see more of Mrs F as well.
love the ice cream quick break.
Quick but in slow mo :p
I bet that was Tom's favorite part of the whole project! lol
@@ShootLuckGaming I suspect the ice cream break is tied with Colin's Mum bringing that beautiful cake!

Tom Lamb and Colin Furze are two of the hardest workers on RUclips. 👊🏽
You are an absolute legend and inspiration to everyone where's the tiniest bit of engineering aspiration
The tom lamb extended universe is really worth a sub, he's a really nice and entertaining bloke I can tell ya for certain. Give him a go... :)
I love the accidental slow mo bits
Ogni volta che c’è Tom a lavorare mi mette il buonumore
Its been a pleasure witnessing the change in colins music usage, tunes for over a decade 🤩
It would be nice to make a car elevator that can go up and down.
Three cheers for Tom Lamb!
Hip Hip Hooray!
Hip Hip Hooray!
Hip Hip Hooray!
Thank you Mr Lamb!
Is it just me? I cant wait until this is done to not only see this amazing project work… but i want to go back and binge watch all these videos
Brilliant, I've been watching you since grade school. Can't believe you're still going bigger and better!
This could be the norm on a new house build. A little bit of underground space for a guest room, games room etc. doesn’t affect the footprint of the house, doesn’t block anyone’s light etc. it’s a win-win.
Basemets are wax more expensive to build
@@jorgejiminez-rk1uu Well, kind of, but one that extends beyond the footprint of the house, like this one does.
@richardharrold9736 Really? Sounds like a badly built kind of a setup.
I think so too i think we need to build more in the ground not in the air
@richardharrold9736yes but these people are talking about a new house build with a part of the house being in a different part then the actual house let’s say the basement has a secret door connecting to this room outside of the original “house” but still on your property
i must say that i really liked the random slowmo pits in :D keep up the great work
This whole time I thought Colin was saying "Irish J". I guess I beams are also called "RSJ" (rolled steel joist).
Omg same
Just named as they’re described and manufactured. Rolled. (Although roll, squish, compress, roll, squish, compress etc etc would be more descriptive haha)
is this going to be a duck tape scenario where one company is actually going to produce them under the brand name Irish J?
@@physicswithpark3r-x3x Quick, get the name trademarked!!
They say there is a thin line between insanity and genius. I think this is GENIUS. Amazing, love it. Congratulations. Thanks for sharing
One day deep into the future maybe 200 years from now your kids, kids , kids decide to move and someone comes to view this house before they buy it will be in utter shock, disbelief, and amazement!!! I couldn't imagine this could be any better then it is so Jealous! Good for you!
or this project will kick off a trend and in 200 years ALL houses will have mandatory underground secret garages.
We can hope for a trend, but sadly, it may become a requirement.
His neighbor must be the chillest folks ever.
0:11 bro just said winter is over ... bro its november soon ... ur nearly in winter again
I was also confused at first, but the last tunnel video came out in march
You have to remember this is in the UK, our summers only last two weeks somewhere in July then it's back to winter for another year.
This is just the best,I’m a 71 year old man who would love to own this.can you imagine the estate agent showing prospective buyers around and trying to explain why it’s the most expensive house on the estate.👍🇬🇧
if you watch the video you can see how much work this took, actually absurd
@@jamesfleming5875because the neighbourhood is slowly slipping into Mr Furze's garage? 🤔😂
From one machine driver to another.
Top man on the sticks Tom
That project is coming out nicely Colin you are a brave man to on such a big project like that 👏 👏👍 👍
I love the warning sign at 15:38.
Colin went from a bloke making modified drifting motorscooters to full blown structural engineer lol. Brilliant 👍
I just love to imagine someone finding this house like 1000 years from now because this is so well constructed, generations are going to be able to enjoy this marvelous creativity
22:45 don't we all want a full Chris Bibby load?
Ayo
LMAO Freddy's Maltese. I was like why tf am i understanding this hahahaha
Same 😂
I had a mini freak out, that was completely unexpected, When i heard it...i'm like wait a second. . .O.O
ohh so thats which language, sounded like greek or portugese to me lol
same here, it took a second to process that the language was suddenly Maltese, super weird hahaha 😂😂
For a second there I didn’t realise it was my mother tongue 😂
Furze turning his home into Wayne Manor and fighting crime at night 😂
Yeah that is a proper bat cave now, soon to have the DeLorean mobile inside!"
Hey Colin, all of this underground building, maybe a bit of diversity with some kind of tree house. Could be a good idea.
