Yes, isn't it crazy how often their bodycams are broken, not on, or not even present? There should be a consequence for not recording encounters with civilians while on duty. Zero tolerance should be exercised and enforced. Every civilian's car should be equipped with an audio/video camera.

While I agree they should absolutely get rid of him, I disagree with your second statement. Segregation only breeds more intolerance. Having each neighborhood policed by their own would be detrimental. What happens when you leave that neighborhood ? Do you look over your shoulder in fear constantly? The justice system and other systems need a complete overhaul in terms of training and policy to focus on protect and serve instead of subjugate and demean.

While I agree they should absolutely get rid of him, I disagree with your second statement. Segregation only breeds more intolerance. Having each neighborhood policed by their own would be detrimental. What happens when you leave that neighborhood ? Do you look over your shoulder in fear constantly? The justice system and other systems need a complete overhaul in terms of training and policy to focus on protect and serve instead of subjugate and demean.
