    Loved it! Defenitly worked me out! Heavy breathing for sure I also liked how you switch the stretching part in the middle and tried something different! Your workouts are the best pilates on youtube hands down!!! Thanks love!

    I'm more of your 'slow n controlled' type than 'HIIT' type but girl, I enjoyed laughing like a lil girl lost in a dance choreography! (thank goodness for the "stretch & reboot" section, I felt like myself for a moment. Thank you Desiree, on my way to your next class hihi

    Just did this one today, I have to admit when you were previewing the exercises I was getting nervous - these are hard! But I found once I got going and stuck with a good pace I was able to do it. The "reboot" section helped me a lot, it was not a time to relax and let the body go - you still had to have complete control of your core the entire time and by the end of it I was ready for the 2nd circuit. I encourage everyone to get the Pilates Bar Desiree has, it
    is an amazing tool to add to your dance and workout routine!
