    Desiree you really saved my life. I remember 2 years ago working out to this video. It was a really low point in my life just all around. I thought if I could just start with feeling physically healthy it would help with everything else. But every single time i tried to workout it was too difficult for me to even move my body. But when I found this channel it all changed. Maybe it was something about your calm way of talking through the workout or the way you design your workouts. That i found myself working out with you. I was so out of shape, it took me a month to finish this video without pausing. But that was 2 years ago. Since then I have worked out 5 days a week every week. I did eventually move on to higher intensity videos. Even started weightlifting or what have you but it was all because of the confidence your workouts gave me. I still come back to your channel as soon as you upload a new video. But this 40 minutes video literally helped me with my suicidal thoughts. And i owe it all to you. So much love to you 💕.

    First, that did not feel like 40 minutes and secondly, I was sweating though this whole exercise and thirdly, I really liked this one. Please do more like this, you really know how to make pilates enjoyable and now, I'm looking forward to repeating this class over and over and over again. 🙂

    Oh god, I do cardio workout every day so I wasn't expecting to sweat in pilates! I was very wrong :D

    This was the first HIT workout I've done that didn't make me want to scream and punch something after!     This was my first time doing a pilates workout and I LOVED IT SO MUCH! It didn't feel like 40 minutes and I loved that you talked us through the workout, it definitely made it a lot easier to get through and was very motivating :)

    I've hurt my ankle to was looking for something challenging but low impact. Well I can definitely confirm it was challenging, in a totally different way to my usual HIIT and strength workouts, wow! I am now a Pilates convert! Thank you :)

    Thank you for creating this video. It was a great burn experience without having to jump around. I appreciate that when one leg was focused on in one workout, the very next workout was the other leg (instead of waiting multiple workouts later to do the other leg).

    I love the whole conurbation of the four parts to this exercise with a fabulous stretch at the end! I sweat tonnes every time and am finding your classes are having a huge different on my body shape and weigh! Thankyou! Keep them coming! Going to try the advanced series next! 😘😘💕👍

    Great workout! The pace and length is perfect for me....it's challenging but I can keep up with all of the different moves. it gives me the chance to really focus on my form and I can always work on the speed if I need to challege myself a bit more! Thanks, Desiree, I simply love your channel!

    I loooove looove loooooove this one. I have been doing your workouts consistently for about 3 months now and love them so much. I gotta say your voice is perfection. The right amount of intensity and clarity and just a pleasure to listen to. So important in my opinion to have a pleasant voice guiding you along. Your workouts are always fun and challenging and make me feel so amazing afterwards and my strength, endurance and flexibility have improved dramatically. I was looking for some balance to my ultra trail runs and races and not only has my flexibility improved despite the long distances running but I also feel stronger especially on the uphills thanks to all those amazing leg and booty sections. Thanks so much and happy holidays, look forward to working out with you everyday leading up to Christmas :))

    Every time I see HIIT it's like "maybe tomorrow" for me. But, by this time I should know better. This, as all your practices, feels amazing and is so fun to do. Besides, I had the opportunity to check how much my strenght has improved. And, time runs so fast!

    I had reached a plateau with my previous routine. I did 3 of your weight loss workouts for 3 consecutive days and I lost 1kg❤️. You are now a firm favorite. I love you and enjoy each moment with you. My body already looks leaner from just 3 workouts so I know it works and it's not just water weight!!! Really impressed.

    That was a fantastic workout! Love all of them!! For the bicycles I was unable to hold my toes but my ankles, leg straight. Do you have an suggestion for a modification for us less flexible or is that ok?

    I loved it. However, I'm so tight when it comes to my hamstrings. I tried doing the bicycle and couldn't reach my toes. Lol. What can i do to be more flexible?

      @@DansiqueFitness Yes, will do. I completed day 1 yesterday and today is day 2. I am usually very good at keeping up with workout schedules. I am really excited because both of the first two workouts of yours that I have done have been great. Thank you for your quick replies. I am excited to see what the next 4 weeks will be. Also, are the weeks 7 days per week or 6 days per week? I always take one rest day a week. If a workout program is a 7-days a week one, I add a few days into the next week. I hope all is well.
