Desiree you really saved my life. I remember 2 years ago working out to this video. It was a really low point in my life just all around. I thought if I could just start with feeling physically healthy it would help with everything else. But every single time i tried to workout it was too difficult for me to even move my body. But when I found this channel it all changed. Maybe it was something about your calm way of talking through the workout or the way you design your workouts. That i found myself working out with you. I was so out of shape, it took me a month to finish this video without pausing. But that was 2 years ago. Since then I have worked out 5 days a week every week. I did eventually move on to higher intensity videos. Even started weightlifting or what have you but it was all because of the confidence your workouts gave me. I still come back to your channel as soon as you upload a new video. But this 40 minutes video literally helped me with my suicidal thoughts. And i owe it all to you. So much love to you 💕.

First, that did not feel like 40 minutes and secondly, I was sweating though this whole exercise and thirdly, I really liked this one. Please do more like this, you really know how to make pilates enjoyable and now, I'm looking forward to repeating this class over and over and over again. 🙂

omg my mindset for today was like quittin at any time, yet I feel like you helped me not to feel like this was a 40 min workout, really loved the sequence!! and, the second round of repetitions are like an opportunity to give my best without feeling ovetwhelmed. Thank you💗
Great workout! The pace and length is perfect for me....it's challenging but I can keep up with all of the different moves. it gives me the chance to really focus on my form and I can always work on the speed if I need to challege myself a bit more! Thanks, Desiree, I simply love your channel!
I loooove looove loooooove this one. I have been doing your workouts consistently for about 3 months now and love them so much. I gotta say your voice is perfection. The right amount of intensity and clarity and just a pleasure to listen to. So important in my opinion to have a pleasant voice guiding you along. Your workouts are always fun and challenging and make me feel so amazing afterwards and my strength, endurance and flexibility have improved dramatically. I was looking for some balance to my ultra trail runs and races and not only has my flexibility improved despite the long distances running but I also feel stronger especially on the uphills thanks to all those amazing leg and booty sections. Just finished section one for the first time! :) I’m 5’3 and my current weight at stable is 165 I’m going to do this everyday for a month and I’ll give stats :)

Every time I see HIIT it's like "maybe tomorrow" for me. But, by this time I should know better. This, as all your practices, feels amazing and is so fun to do. Besides, I had the opportunity to check how much my strenght has improved. And, time runs so fast!

That was a fantastic workout! Love all of them!! For the bicycles I was unable to hold my toes but my ankles, leg straight. Do you have an suggestion for a modification for us less flexible or is that ok?

I am really excited because both of the first two workouts of yours that I have done have been great. Thank you for your quick replies. I am excited to see what the next 4 weeks will be. Also, are the weeks 7 days per week or 6 days per week? I always take one rest day a week. If a workout program is a 7-days a week one, I add a few days into the next week. I hope all is well.

Great workout! The pace and length is perfect for me....it's challenging but I can keep up with all of the different moves. it gives me the chance to really focus on my form and I can always work on the speed if I need to challege myself a bit more! Thanks, Desiree, I simply love your channel!

I loooove looove loooooove this one. I have been doing your workouts consistently for about 3 months now and love them so much. I gotta say your voice is perfection. The right amount of intensity and clarity and just a pleasure to listen to. So important in my opinion to have a pleasant voice guiding you along. Your workouts are always fun and challenging and make me feel so amazing afterwards and my strength, endurance and flexibility have improved dramatically. I was looking for some balance to my ultra trail runs and races and not only has my flexibility improved despite the long distances running but I also feel stronger especially on the uphills thanks to all those amazing leg and booty sections. Just finished section one for the first time! :) I’m 5’3 and my current weight at stable is 165 I’m going to do this everyday for a month and I’ll give stats :)

@@DansiqueFitness Yes, will do. I completed day 1 yesterday and today is day 2. I am usually very good at keeping up with workout schedules. I am really excited because both of the first two workouts of yours that I have done have been great. Thank you for your quick replies. I am excited to see what the next 4 weeks will be. Also, are the weeks 7 days per week or 6 days per week? I always take one rest day a week. If a workout program is a 7-days a week one, I add a few days into the next week. I hope all is well.
