This is my first workout of yours . I do lots of strength and cardio but Pilates or yoga is usually once every week or so. This was definitely a workout. I feel stretched out and more flexible but it also had strength and cardio in there too. I was breathing hard at different times throughout. I’ll be back again

Edit: I'd like to say that not only in this intense workout but in others as well, I appreciate how much I've learnt and progressed with you. And also I admire how strong you are. Started gung ho. I'd even prepared my anke weights...after the 1st excercise, they were stored back on the shelf! Euh what the heck were those jumps? I could barely manage 3 inches off the floor and my leg was 30° max while Desiree jumped 10 inches and her leg was parallel to the mat! To summarize, a sweaty and challenging workout. I will definitely redo it over time to see if I've progressed.

Love your videos but can't do the reverse dips due to a shoulder injury. You use this exercise very frequently. What is an alternative exercise?
Is it just the dips specifically? If you can do the reverse tabletop position (just not the TRICEP dips) then just hold the position strong for as long as you can for the duration of the exercise. If the position itself causes discomfit, then another way to target your triceps is to lay on your stomach and pump your arms up to the sky (keeping them straight and close to your sides with palms facing in towards one another). You can do this in a back extension or with your face hovering the mat to modify. 👍🏼

Still for me the toughest workout on your channel. The rollover squat plank is a killer and dying by the last minutes of mountain climbers. The goal is to add the ankle weight but not there yet. Practice does make progress!
