    great one! i like that there is a slower first round of intervals followed by a quick, intense round. i ike the variety of movements, feels like the whole body is moved and strengthened. i actually have a suggestion: an optional 5min full body stretch at the end of the video (legs/shoulders/hips)?

    I'm certainly one of your "older" fans here. Put simply, I LOVE your workouts and your kind and graceful teaching. With many years of athletics and yoga, I have such a problem with feet over the head, in back, where my middle (a little bust-large) feels like its crushing my lungs. Any advice? You are a pure joy to watch...and so is Lulu!

      Thank you so much for your continued love & support Shannon. I think you are referring to your rollover? Technically the toes should touch the floor, but it’s okay if they don’t! Roll back as far as it’s still comfortable for you…you can also place your hands on your lower back/bottom for support and weight your pelvis heavy in your hands. 🥰💖👍🏼

    This way of doing the exercises was a lot of fun and made for a good variety even though one did them twice. The second more fast paced part made me challenge myself more than usual, which is great! I would love a part two, perhaps with even more intervals?! :)

    this was definitely a challenge!
    i really enjoyed it, it felt quick but very intense without being too much
    this format is my favorite so far, since my sides are really weak, this workout really made me feel the burn

    Desirée: your number of fan and admirer is such a fool! I saw the word HIIT and intense and I contemplated putting off taking this class until …tomorrow… ? But I didn’t give in to my self doubt and fear, and went ahead with the class. I must badly underestimate myself bc I completed the entire class with no trouble and with a huge smile on my face. This was such great fun! You’re really a creative genius at this! Thank you so much for coming up with something new and creative every week. I hope you’re not putting too much pressure on yourself doing so!!! You looked lovely in your blue colors with the matching mat.     This was such a fun workout! LOVE this format! I’m going in for a hysteroscopy/laparoscopy next Friday for diagnostic purposes & told myself I’d try to stay active beforehand because I know I won’t be able to for a bit after the procedure. I think this will become a daily workout until then! Short but challenging!

    Amazing! ✨✨✨ I felt it everywhere, such a complete workout. 🔝
    And I think the new format made it very challenging for the body and mind at the same time, as we need to think fast in the second round to change exercise and perform it in good form.
    Definitely a new favourite and next time I will pair it with your other flow HIIT and I know it will be a great combo. 💣💥🔥
    Always feeling so much better no matter what after doing one of your workouts. 💕🥰
