- Thank you for joining me today for this 30 Minute Pilates HIIT Workout! I’m personally so excited for this one because it’s unlike any workout that I’ve done so far. It’s essentially THEEE workouts in one...and who doesn’t love that?!
Part I CORE (1:10)
Part II LEGS & BOOTY (11:10)
Part III ARMS & BACK (21:10)
Each section is 10 minutes long consisting of 5 exercises that we will do twice through. Each exercise will go for 45 seconds with a 15 second rest in between each. These 30 minutes will go by so fast and I promise you’ll feel so amazing afterwards. Let’s burn calories and fat and sculpt long lean elegant muscles!

Desiree! I found your videos back at the beginning of quarantine times when I was looking for ways to regain core strength at home. I am so very grateful I found your channel! I used to be a ballet dancer so it was wonderful to find pilates videos that build muscle in the long, lean, balletic way. I love how your videos incorporate thoughtful movement and sequencing. I keep going back to this one when I want a short workout that is really full on! I love the fact that there is no rest in-between the different moves, this way I can get my heart rate up and make sure I get the benefits of a cardio workout. The arms section is my favorite of all your workouts, as I am massively into "planks"! And to think that I used to hate them....but thanks to you, Desiree, now I love them!
