Your intro about a six pack at the Start, it's 100% correct, it's all in the diet and unfortunately exercise does not do this and alone wont reduce bodyfat. Iv seen so many extremely fit people and very strong and good cv fitness often in the gym 4 plus days a week, some run really fast on the treadmills , training hard BUT carrying body fat. It's clearly their diet and not the exercise. You cannot out train a poor diet unless u are exercising 8 hours a day!

Hello lovely Desiree! This will be my workout tomorrow, thank you so much for this targeted abs class. I just want to say that you are absolutely right about your message under your video - I have had the most success with my core strength and a flat belly by doing full body pilates along with strength training and eating a vegan, low sugar low fat diet. It's a lifestyle not a quick fix.

@@DansiqueFitness Done! I made it through better than I thought - I think Lulu helped me through! One thing: I love the wiggle exercises but when I do the extended or straight leg version my hip flexers tighten up really badly, does this mean I'm not engaging my core enough or I am just too tight?

Happy Sunday, Desiree, when I started exercising with you now almost 5 months ago I skipped the plank spiders. I thought I would despise . However now I do it with ease and actually love them. I really don’t think “overworking your obliques” would cause them to appear “thicker.” As I mentioned in the beginning of my video…be sure you’re fueling your body with healthy, clean, nutritious foods. What you eat plays just as important of a role as doing your strengthening & toning exercises! 🥰💖💪🏼
@@DansiqueFitness That's a refreshing thought. When I touch my sides they are solid as a rock and a lot wider than they were last year, and I've been working out a lot all year. Another exercise channel said you can overwork your obliques, and since I eat a diet of veggies, fish and olive oil, I guess that's what I thought had happened. @@michele_michele If you’ve been really diligent about eating properly (coupled with exercising consistently) it’s very possible that your body composition has changed quite a bit - noticeable fat loss in certain places, muscle gain in others. In my years of training (my own personal training and training others) I’ve never experienced myself or had any clients with a significant visual difference within the oblique area - but everyone is different. Are you doing a lot of weight bearing oblique exercises (using weights and/or machines)? And is this “thicker” appearance something that bothers you?
