Such a thought typically drains our energy and prevents us from engaging in many activities. It is possible to enjoy some of your most rewarding decades in the second half of your life. There is no doubt that your hair grows grayer and your face lines up more. But as you age, you may become more confident. Your wisdom and patience grow. Healthy aging requires care for both your physical and mental health. Here Dr Mary Matilda shares six ways to become better and better in old age.
