Dr Mary Matilda is the former Principal of Maharaja’s College Ernakulam. She is a renowned HRD trainer and has taken several sessions on Personality Development across the country. She has Master’s degrees in Mathematics (MSc & M.Phil), Education (M.Ed), Business Administration and Management (MBA), Women Studies (MWS}, Applied Psychology(M.Sc ) and PhD in women’s studies. She is also a Graduate in Law (LLB). She had occasion to participate in HRD trainer’s training in Canada.
Mary Matilda considered her to be a zero in college as she lost confidence in herself. She worked on her personality and her determination gave way to her becoming the college topper and graduating as a popular figure in college. This gave her the confidence to study further and Mary Matilda never looked back after that. In this Malayalam Motivational Video, she shares how we can improve our personality and become better versions of ourselves.
